The villa is at the end of a quiet street and private, with a large swimming pool and terrace facing south-west for perfect sunsets and all-day sun.
It has a spacious layout, each bedroom suite is 20m2 each with an own bathroom and direct outdoor access. There is an additional full bathroom adjoining the living room.
As you enter you will feel at home right away. The property has a beautiful living space which is the perfect place to host friends or to have family nights in. The living room has double height ceilings, large sliding doors to access the main terrace area and swimming pool, with amazing views from your sofa day and night. The panoramic views of the ocean and Ibiza in the distance is perfect for those lazy days sitting beside the swimming pool, alfresco dining and relaxing. There is a terrace from the hallway which allows you to have an even more majestic view and sit in privacy as you sink into the magic of Ibiza. Plus there is another private roof deck with a jacuzzi.
The 5 BEDROOM villa is distributed across 4 levels:
▸Ground floor entry level with private parking area for 3 cars and front garden
▸Main first floor with pool, veranda, large patio, living room, open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and steam room
▸Second floor with three further bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and wrap around hallway opening onto a large terrace (also accessible from two of the bedrooms)
▸Roof terrace, accessible from rear garden with a beautiful roof deck, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower
What is also special about this villa is that each bedroom has it's own dedicated bathroom and outdoor terrace space, providing each guest their own private space to relax. The 5th bedroom adjoining the living room can be setup as a flexible space of your choosing - as a family room with a sofa bed, an office or as a bedroom with two singles or a king bed.
