Summary:
Experience the comforts of this inviting sixth-floor apartment, situated along the dike and overlooking the beach. Right around the corner, you'll find the commercial center of Knokke. This decorated apartment offers all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen and a delightful dining and living area. Offering four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two terraces, it can accommodate up to eight people. Additionally, there is the convenience of two easily accessible parking spots.

The Space:
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a well maintained building, ensuring a very peaceful stay. We have put our heart in decorating it and the stylish interior with all comfort and space provided will definitely enable you to rest and fully enjoy the mondaine city of Knokke, the Belgian sea-side and everything else it has to offer.

We have 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 has a queen size double-bed, bedroom 2 and 4 a king size double-bed and the other one (bedroom 3) has a bunk bed for two persons. We guarantee a good rest after either endless walks on the beach, a heavy shopping day, a biking trip or any other activities you plan to do. You can choose to fully disconnect or to stay tuned thanks to the fast wifi connection and the available tv with plenty of interactive channels.

The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom.

The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare whatever your creativity and cravings of the day If you have hard times waking up, we have foreseen a Nespresso machine with available coffee pads that should help you start a fresh day. We love taking our fresh morning coffee after a short morning walk on the beach and we hope you will enjoy too! There is a large expandable dining table with space for up to 8 persons to enjoy your family dinner.

The Neighborhood:
Between the old village of Knokke, Heist aan Zee and Duinbergen and the beaches of the North Sea, you can stay in our seaside town in an oasis of tranquility, close to numerous luxurious boutiques, culinary establishments and beautiful cycling and walking routes. Knokke-Heist is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium. It is located on the border with the Netherlands. The sea forms the northern border and to the east lies the Zwin Provincial Nature Park as a buffer with the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and only a few kilometers away from the Cadzand, Sluis and Retranchement just across the border. Damme is located on the south side of Knokke-Heist and the seaport of Bruges is located to the west.

The beach in Knokke-Heist is very famous for it’s exclusive and trendy beach-bars that allow you to enjoy a drink, snack, the sun and the ambiance of course.

Knokke-Heist has always exerted a special attraction on artists, architects, sculptors and painters. Knokke-Heist invests in art and is at home in all markets. For example, you can view top international works at more than 50 galleries.

The nature reserve "t Zwin" is one of the eye-catchers that you want to see during your stay and is an interactive nature experience park for the whole family.

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation provides high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. One set of bed and bath linen per person, per stay. More can be ordered during your stay.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
