-Private, fenced backyard yard lit with string lights, corn hole set up, coca-cola cooler/bottle opener, stainless steel bbq/utensils, furnished patio with gas lit fire pit, with ceiling fans for the summer.
-Kitchenette has everything you should need to cook your meals.
*Toaster, microwave, blender, baking supplies, tea kettle, serving dishes, large fridge and freezer with ice/filtered water available, select spices and cooking oils, electric wine bottle opener, knife set.
-Keurig machine, with several flavored creamers and syrups available, sugar and ceramic mugs, along with several tea options for those who prefer tea.
-Brand-new washer/dryer in unit provided with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, fabric freshener, as well as hangers, organizing rack and iron for your clothes!
-Comfortable seating for 6 at both the dining table, and living room space, with a reading corner.
-King size bed in master bedroom with fresh sheets and walk in closet
- 2 twin beds with both a dresser and closet, along with 1 queen bed, closet and luggage rack in guest rooms
-Bathroom has all the toiletries you need! Shampoo & conditioner, hydrating body wash, face towels, Q-Tips and a blow-dryer.
-Fresh sheets and extra towels available without request, sanitized after each use.
-Games, Austin Local Books, Puzzles provided on site.
-For those with kids, we have a highchair, playpen, kids books and games, and kids eating utensils.
