waren zum zweiten Mal im Delphin Imperial und werden wieder kommen. Super grosse Anlage, für Gross und klein. •Sehr nettes Personal überall •Grosse Auswahl an Essen, jederzeit. Wooow •Abendprogramm sehr Cool vor allem Bingo war witzig •Beste lage in Lara für entspannte Familienferien

not worth the money at all

nice

i booked in restaurant a la carte, and when i went there they keep looking for my reservation over 30 min then they said sorry we could not find and end up with no dinner at all cause all buffets were closed ! spent 700$ per night and no food for dinner and even they said manager will contact me and no body even care of course will not stay again , not worth the money at all

Perfect hotel except the beds

A luxurious hotel, very tasty food and excellent facilities

The style of the beds is beautiful in terms of beauty, but less so in terms of comfort, the lighting above the beds is really uncomfortable and disturbs sleep, in the past there were good beds without disturbance

the location

the stuff were rude… they had the same food in the dining room thats mean same variety .. on the second day we noticed that the tv was broken…we went to the reception to share with them the issue and we think my wife and i the housekeeping broke the screen mistakenly…in the reception they charged us 500 euro and we paid the amount they think that we are to blame…the joke we are to blame because we inform them… i have to mention that this is the forth time at the hotel but i think something changed at the hotel… from my perspective i dont recommend people to go there until further notice

Definitely a place to visit more than once!

Everything: the amazing amenities, the variety of activities, the abundance of food, the perfect room size, the beautiful view from the balcony, staff’s willingness to assist you. Heaven on Earth for a family holiday!

amazing, enjoyed the facilities, was able to spend quality time with my family. it was great there was a warmed pool in

the space, the cleanliness, the facilities, the service, the catering

it was too busy on the first evening. too much noise. I wish there were a quiet area to disconnect. I had to stay in my room from 21:00.

you cannot ask for more, really thank you thank you for the beautiful time! the super delicious food! and most importantly the smiley amazing staff, really was astonished with the staff everywhere in the hotel, way to go, will high recommend it and hopefully we can can come again here in the upcoming future, inshalla 😀

Allergy friendly hotel!!

I loved almost everything. The space, view, the bathroom and the bed was really comfortable. Most of all, the food. I was really nervous travelling with a 1 year old who suffers from multiple food allergies. I took her oat milk, morning cereal, dry pasta, snacks, pasta sauce and wraps with me incase there was nothing but there was no need for half the things. The restaurant very helpfully had cards for each of their dishes that outlined the name in English and listed all the key allergens. There was such a variety of food I could feed her and she thoroughly enjoyed! it was such a relief knowing she had options and for that I can’t recommend the place enough. They also had a gluten free section too! Also, BOOK THE SPA TREATMENTS. They are at a cost but worth every penny. Also make sure to book the a la carte restaurant’s. The steak one in particular was amazing and they work on a tip only system if you book only once. The tequila restaurant was also amazing- the chef specially made a dish for my daughter that was free from all allergens including gluten free wraps!!

They don’t provide an iron. If you are looking to book please do but I recommend either taking a travel iron or paying for the ironing service like I did. The desserts and some appetiser didn’t have cards to state what allergens they had so I had to stay away. I did ask staff but they were unsure too.

facilities a lot you can do a lot of things also for you and for children

the stuff, a lot of them are rude ! ( not all of them, most are ok) rooms ! really very old ! dirty !! take cover of bed and look under it you will see i dirty things . the bathroom need a renovation! seriously. the worst thing was !! the Schock in the hotel was the the ndining room you feel very eng ! try to put all together in a room no matter is. a smoker or non smoker room . there are a room to adult with no children ! it is very tight also !! before this hotel I was in be grand Delphine for one days ! I can tell you people there is everything perfect ! just please do copy past to the be grand . I wanted imperial because I heard a lot about it
