Salt on the Rim is a beautiful 3700 sq. ft. villa conveniently located in the upscale Club Campestre gated community on the Nicklaus golf course. From large indoor/outdoor patio space there are views of Hole 7 on course. The upper balconies have both mountain, and golf course views as well as a relaxing space to enjoy the memorizing view of the Sea of Cortez and San Jose. Convenient to downtown, local beaches, surf breaks, grocery stores, and well rated restaurants.
This home is well appointed and maintained to ensure every guest has a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether you enjoy cooking yourself or like to have a private chef, nothing is too small of an idea for this generously equipped kitchen. Enjoy outdoor entertainment? That is covered with a fantastic complete outdoor kitchen with 1700 sq. ft. of outdoor space. Both indoor and outdoor space offers tranquil comfort along with the ability to enjoy it like you own it!
The three ensuite bedrooms as well a forth additional bedroom can be made up as king beds or two twin beds to accommodate couples or friends traveling together.
You will find the home well stocked with items of need. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hairdryers, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, laundry detergent, just to name a few.
