Disaster , needs alot of maintenance & social learning for the staff to be less RUDE .

There are many pools , and the beach is close by , wide place to walk around & enjoy nature .

The staff are VERY RUDE when I checked in they never gave me a bracelet & the next day i was stopped by a guard screaming at me & he didnt even know how to talk in English , I had no electricity for almost half a day and they did nothing about it i couldnt see anything in my room or use the shower because the water was off too ! What kind of a resort doesnt have a generator !!! Also Most of the facilities doesn’t really work , the cinema room is closed doesnt work ! , they dont really have a karaoke as mentioned on their facilities ! So thats a Lie . The breakfast isnt that good & the place was super messy & trashy , the place is really messed up with mamy ppl coming from outside so u cant find a place to sit around the pool , short of Towels at all the pools too which was unacceptable ! The restaurants isnt that good they dont even know how to cook the stake Medium rare . One day they were so rude to me even when i asked for takeaway order & i was super hungry i didnt eat since breakfast & i tried explaining to the staff but no one cared & they wouldnt allow me to order because I had no table & was sitting on the bar & all the tables were taken & i requested for an order to go so i could eat it in my room but they still said No & ignored me. & they were serving food for others on their tables & they could take the left overs take away ! Thats NOT FAIR !!!!! I never had a chance to sit on a table always on the bar because all the tables were always full and taken all day from morning till they close ! Its a disaster & not a place to relax & enjoy ur holidays. Not to mention its filled with kids swimming with their diapers on & the room was never really cleaned well by the room service cleaners . So Disappointing & Disgusting.

מלון מאכזב מאד. ממש לא מקבלים תמורה עבור הכסף הרב ששילמנו.

חוף הים נהדר. הבריכות נחמדות, למרות שהמים בהן יחסית קרים

שירות נוראי, בעיקר במסעדות המלון. יש 7 מסעדות בתחומי המלון, כולן אמרות לפעול לפחות עד חצות. בפועל בעשר כבר לא הסכימו לקבל אותנו, בטענה שנגמר האוכל... גם כשהגענו בתשע, חלק גדול מהמנות לא היו. והשיא היה כשכבר הזמנו, שתי מנות פסטה (מתוך 5 שהזמנו) פשוט לא הגיעו.. כששאלנו את המלצרית מה קורה? היא אמרה: "אה כן, נגמרה הפסטה"... במסעדה אחרת היו המבורגרים, חלק מהקבוצה שלנו אוכל כשר, ביומיים הראשונים ביקשנו וקיבלנו את ההמבורגרים ללא גבינה ובייקון. אולם ביום האחרון, הם פשוט לא הסכימו לערוך שום שינוי במנה. למה? ככה... בבריכה בשעה 12 נגמרו מגבות הבריכה שאמורות היו להיות לשירות האורחים לאורך כל היום.. ולמרות שליד הים עדיין היו, איש לא חשב להעביר מכאן לשם... פשוט תודעת שירות נוראית... שימו לב שחלק ממתקני המלון בתשלום נוסף: פארק המים הקטן והמסכן, בתשלום של 25 לארי לאדם ליום (בארץ היו מתביישים לקרוא לארבע מגלשות פארק מים). על חוף הים יש חלק מהמיטות בתשלום.

Приветливый персонал, хорошие и чистые номера. Ухоженная территория.

Не советую ресторан Грузинской кухни , еда просто ужасная. Загруженность ресторана было 30% .заказ ждали очень долго. Еду которую принесли была холодная, а половину заказа вообще не принесли .

The area around the hotel has a good aqua park and a kids' playground. Reston is good. Breakfast is very well.

It could be great if you provided instructions on how the hotel can help with mosquitos in the room. The elevator in the B sector has electronic issues. My toddler bumps his head on the transparent glass door. Maybe it is more safe to add some sort of sticker there. Disappointed that an additional swimming pool which not included in the price.

Over all not comfortable

It was calm and good location and out side the rooms was very clean only

The room not clean at all , dirty and there is no room service to serve what you need spicily in my case because we have baby and the simple need like hot milk they are not serving

Staff was just great! Good location and good restaurants.

Expensive. And a bit too big for me. But that’s only my opinion. Other people may find this okay.

Recommended during the high season, ghost town otherwise

Great park area, lots of greenery, comfortable rooms, own beach, bowling alley, pool table, you can even ask to have a movie played for you at their own little cinema. Really accommodating staff, we got a room upgrade due to a mishap with our first room, really nice welcome gesture- selection of cakes brought to the room. nice breakfast but cappuccino cost extra and juice didn’t seem fresh.

If there was a notice on the hotel’s page that the season hasn’t started for them, we would have made a different booking. As the spa, pools were closed, also there’s no heated pool so there wasn’t much to do. Also, there were no bars and just one overpriced restaurant open. Paid parking for the hotel guests. Super slow response on Booking.com, had to rebook myself to extend the dates.

Absolutely not worth the money you pay.

The hotel has a large space and a good location. Also, the hotel's facilities are acceptable, which attracts customers to this hotel.

First of all the beds are awful. We had booked a 4-bed room, which had a double bed and a sofa. The condition of the sofa was so bad that it was impossible for anyone to sleep on it. The legs were broken and the condition of the mattress was such that you thought you were sleeping on a bed of nails. We had to order extra beds, and instead of two beds, they gave us one, and one of the children had to sleep on that sofa (in the closed position, because as I said, it was unusable in the open position). Of course, the condition of the double bed was not also so good and we had a very uncomfortable sleep. Another point was the lack of conditioner in the bathroom, which I don't think is too much to expect from a 5-star hotel. But the most important point is related to the water park. I think that a significant part of the passengers of this hotel have children and the water park is one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. The safety situation in this water park was zero. No one was controlling safety. I have seen many accidents of people going down the slides with people in the water. We thought that the children were playing and we were relaxing, but we had to watch the children all the time. Children entered the slides one after the other and no one controlled their entry and exit. The safety situation of this water park is a disaster.

Good

The view is fabulous

Only 1 hour free bowling then you should pay like 15$/ hour. Breakfast didn't meet my expectation. Asked for cup of coffee first day at the lobby then another one the next day and Only after checking out you will discover that you should pay for the coffee.

I relaxed

location and garden was super. breakfast was perfectr. many places to sit in garden and relax. staff was friendly.

More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the room. Outsiders of the hotel are allowed in the water park, which increases the flow of people and makes it impossible to use the water park, especially on weekends. There was a shortage of pool towels in September and I'm sure in July and agust it will be worse.

what a waste of a great place

it was the worst experience in my life in a hotel the only good thing is the Georgian people that i met at the facilities they were very nice and really good people and so friendly first of all the check in process take much longer than any one can expect and they reception was unprofessional at all they keep me waiting and refused to tell my why? unfortunately 90% of the staff were none professional and I noticed that they were avoiding serving and talking to me in the restaurant and coffee and every where and start talking their language and mention word ( Arab ),also they have shortage of employees you will wait your luggage for an hour and for room cleaning one day !! what a waste of a great place. not recommended

Worst experience in Georgia

Private beach

We ordered transfer through reception and it was terrible. The driver changed halfway, drivers constantly gave a lift to random people. Impolitely insisted that I should pay at the gas station. Asked for hotel help, because I couldn’t understand what’s going on and felt unsafe. They stopped answering. Apart from that horror, we checked in the dirty room. Breakfast was very poor, alike the rest of the food in the property’s restaurant. Waste of time, money and my nerves.

Facilities and activities. Staff is supporting. We got into an accident and we were provided with the medical assistance right away.. Very good views and AC
