The living areas consist of open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining room for eight and a sitting room with gas fire and Smart TV. There is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and games room with PS5, table tennis, pool table and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with en-suite shower room, one has a Smart TV, and a double with Smart TV serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue. Stairgate available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Note: This property has a CCTV doorbell. Note: There is a step down into the sitting room, please take care. Note: There is a step up into one of the en-suites, please take care. Note: There are steep drops in the garden, children must be supervised at all times. Min 4 nights. No stag/hen or party bookings.
