Overall would stay here again so pretty and comfortable

The room was very nice and clean!

By the elevator it smelled really horrible and it made our luggage and clothes smell bad. They also need better pillows.

Comfortable

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. We had a problem with the thermostat at they had the maintenance staff take care of it while we ran some errands. It was corrected when we returned to our room. Would definitely stay again.

Great for extended stay or even one night!

Location was great! It's near coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and tech friendly. We felt safe and had all our needs met.

Nothing was good at the this hotel except and stuff were friendly .... the price was too much not even breakfast was included but on the website of booking was saying breakfast included at night too many drunk people chilling outside and were smoking as hel l

It was convenient to stay in one place for the entire three weeks of me stay.

Security was too relaxed, having outsiders wandering the halls.

Useful location for me to stay from time to time, especially during the winter months.

it was new and the location was near work.

It had issues with water and some features of the room need to be addressed. Opening may have been rushed.

Exceptional

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The TV in my room kept going out and then back on every 5 minutes and I could not control the air conditioning unit. Then they charged you for clean linen!😡

it is convenient to stay here so i might try the building again.

the property is near stores and i could cook in my room.

the room is somewhat noisy, it is near a busy street. The street is not an issue at other hotels i where i stayed in the area. and i seemed many people were roaming the hall that i did not feel were staying at the property. the security is lackluster for an extended stay where you leave valuables in the room when you leave during the day. in my opinion there was real evidence and once it was admitted that they entered my room when i did not expect. it also sounded as if they were still building the room over my head. and the new hotel smell would not go away it was actually necessary for me to leave the room one evening it got so pungent. there was construction still in progress in the lobby one no could explain. And the hood on the range did not function. It room needs more light because it seemed outcast. I also was disturbed everyday for three weeks by housekeeping and i was told they visited at the end of the week. The water from the faucet ran lukewarm all the time and the hot water did not get very hot. For some reason the shower head leaked while the tub filled up and the water was so hard i had to buy new soap.

The staff is top notch, Kathy, Samantha and Jessica are the best!!!! Paul has an outstanding team!

The stoves in the rooms need instructions on how to turn them on.
