Good for families, travelled with 3 kids, clean and safe, a bit outdated

We have been going there for many years and have noticed the last several years that they are not putting any money into the hotel at all....they advertise an indoor pool which we enjoyed with our grandkids years ago but it hasn't been open for years...one working ice machine....breakfast use to include scrambled eggs/sausage now cereal/waffles....one luggage rack left and it has gray tape holding it together....they are running the place into the ground

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. I WAS SURPIRESED THAT THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL WAS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT FROM BIG HOTEL LIKE MARRIOTT THAT I ALWAYS CHOOSE TO STAY, AND THE PRICE WAS SO AFFORDABLE.

Excellent stay

Good spot. Easy on and off. Nearby restaurants are limited but sufficient. Grocery store and gas very close. This property is 300 miles from our home on the north or south bound trip to Florida so... Our plan is to stay here again. Well done Sleep Inn.

No ice available. Pool broken. Breakfast appeared mediocre.

Wasn’t allowed to check in before 3 (even though rooms were available) without paying $50. Pool was closed. Breakfast was pathetic.

When I arrived Everyone was very Friendly. We did have a issue with a broken toilet paper holder. Woke up to ants everywhere and we had no food in the room. I was told a card would be on file after website said nothing about it and the Hotel took $50. We booked this hotel because of a pool. When we got to hotel the said pool was closed and staff stated it has been broke for 4 years and have no plans on opening back up. I am very upset also that the carpet in the hall was very wrinkled in one area and my husband tripped on it many times.

Staff was friendly. It was clean and convenient for what we needed.

The pool was not functional and hasn't been for a while. The room had some minor issues such as a broken fan in the bathroom. Staff was super polite, breakfast was good, and everything was clean.

My stay was very good safe clean attendance were helpful. The only disappointment was the so-called breakfast but other than that everything was fine.

Easy parking, nice staff. Close to amenities. Not too far from Gettysburg

The staff was very friendly.

The property was kind of secluded, that was nice. Wasn’t noisy or crowded. Not the cleanest but not the dirtiest either. It was a one night stay for me during a soccer tournament so we didn’t stay long. The pool was closed so the kids weren’t happy about that. Room was spacious. Staff was nice. It served its purpose. I wasn’t wowed but I was extremely disappointed. Average all the way around.

The front office staff was very pleasant both at check in and check out. The staff was unfamiliar with what their rooms have in them. No ADA suites at all. Because of this, we moved furniture and found crumbs under the chair, around and behind the bed. No sanitation band on toilet seat. The toilet and walk in shower area was the size of a small childs, Two people could not fit, my husband is an amputee, you can imagine the difficulty of 2 people and a walker in that space. Once again, no handicap accessible rooms. Towels had a musty smell just as the room did. The ironing board was utterly disgusting, the cover needs to be changed. Beds looked like they were made by a 5 year old. The common dining area was very clean. Room checks should really be done daily, at least to achieve a satisfactory level.

There was hair on the bedding and in the shower. Towels had a funny smell to them.

The room had a very strong mold smell and bothered us as we tried to sleep. One of us has bad asthma and was coughing all night.

Handy to freeway just a little dated

Overpriced. I chose this more expensive hotel over another because if the continental breakfast only to learn that they do NOT have continental breakfast; it's more of a grab and go the only hot food is a waffle maker. The pool was closed for maintenence for our entire stay.

Clean and safe traveling with young child.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was adequate, but dated. Beds was very uncomfortable. Just needs some updates. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was filthy. Upon checking in i had garbage in the bathroom floor. Thick dust and debris in corners, boogers on the wall, dust on the desk. The room the soda machine sits in had thick and dirty dust on the floors. When i pulled back the mattress to look for an ear plug i lost there was bed bug excrement on the matress. I found another hotel to stay at in the area. I let the front desk know, they didn't offer any refund. Just said they would let management know. But if management can't just walk in and see the filth they have a big problem. This place charges wayyy too much to be this dirty and run down.

I didnt realize how old and outdated this Hotel is. The poor is permanently closed and the Hotels.com site was not aware, so that was a disappointment. The room was ok, but there were Double beds so we needed to upgrade fo a "suite" to have enough room for the 5 of us. There were crumbs in the couch and the sink was clogged. The carpet was nasty. Breakfast was pretty much bare-bones with very limited options for our son who has Celiac disease. It was overall very average. The front lobby representatives were very nice though**

Overall stay was fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The floor by the bed was not vacuumed well and there was only one towel available. Showers are small and the shower heads could use replacing. But if you’re looking for last minute accommodations on your road trip, this hotel is acceptable and you really can’t argue with the price point.

Pool wasn’t available. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Toilet in room didn’t flush properly. Carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. Dead stink bugs and dirt at refrigerator. Dusty furniture. Appeared the room hasn’t been used for a while.

With the correct expectations, as an inexpensive hotel off the highway, this hotel was 'fine'. Quick checkin, room was clean, breakfast 'existed'. Can't complain. Close to Liberty Mountain. I'll happily stay again.
