We love this part of the beach and Kihei Akahi meets all our needs. The unit is spacious enough and has been remodeled. Everything was in good working order. This is our 4th stay at Kihei Akahi.

Close to everything and within walking distance to everything! The kitchen appliances were nice and kitchen was stocked with cooking/dishes. The bed was big and comfy. Bedding and towels and beach towels were ample. The condo itself is ok, but everything is old and outdated. The carpet is old and nasty. The blinds/curtains on windows are broken. The AC didn't work and the AC water tray is nasty, old, and broken up. The sliding door does not have properly insulation and when the wind blows the wind blows and howls through the sliding door cracks - needs to be replaced! The front screen door is old and the handle is broken, and the screen itself is ripped and very dirty. I was disappointed with the old and broken down condo.
