SUPER HOTEL FÜR EUN PAAR TAGE 😀

Das Frühstück war echt klasse..Es hat annichts gefehlt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit...auch der Pool war super.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sah fas zwar modern aus, aber die Klobrille war schon echt stark vergilbt. Auch die hochwertige Waschtisch Armatur war stark zerkratzt und wirklich nicht ansehnlich. Auch war das Zimmer sehr schlicht eingerichtet... alles war weiss...kein buntes Bild mal an der Wand.

Be aware you may not get what you pay for - stay elsewhere

Location and pool

The room the smell & mozzies the air-conditioning the fact that sometimes we couldn't get a parking g spot but we're paying 15€ per night for it. Sand in bed on first night and wr hadn't been to beach yet. No iron or toothbrush in room. Piad for a suite with sea view bit git a room on 1st floor with a view of a vet smelly sewer and no view cause we were so low. But was told it is a sea view but cause you're in level 1 you can't see it????

Very comfortable stay in a nice hotel.

Excellent room. Well equipped kitchen. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Everywhere very clean and well maintained.

Shower cubicle could have been a little larger for comfort. Noise from room above quite loud in the mornings.

on the beach but as it out of season nothing open

breakfast was atrocious there were scrambled eggs sausages and boiled eggs which were in a chafing dish with no heat so everything was cold the rest was very basic bar/cafe only open from six no free water in room had to pay internet very poor and lost a number of tv stations

Great 4 night stay at the Smeraldo

The rooms were big and cleaned daily and the staff were friendly enough. The lady on coffees at breakfast was particularly nice.

The beds weren't the most comfortable but were ok . It's a good 35-40 minute walk into the main port where you'll find a lot of the restaurants so be prepared to do a bit of walking or drive. The "private beach" is actually a beach restaurant called 'La Lancette' which has really lovely food and staff, however it is 25 euros a day for 2 beds so factor that in.

In relation to the price paid for our 3 night stay we expected better facilities.

The breakfast and the location were good. We liked the design of this hotel, but that's about the only positive thing of the whole experience. The Smeraldo hotel has 2 nice pool areas but is not servicing the pools with any drinks or snacks which a standard service provided by all the hotels in the area, which is not to understand. We furthermore like to mention that, the restricted opening hours of the hotel bar, from 17.00 hours to 23,00 hrs (on a Saturday evening, on the peak of the holiday season) we did not expect either.

Rooms were clean. The personnel was friendly. The spa was very nice and the view was amazing.

The beds were uncomfortable and very hard. They should be changed. The hotel should renovate itself.

4 nights in San Benedetto del Tronto

The location of the hotel is perfect, in front of the hotel there is a classic itaian beach with sunbeds and umbrellas (for which you'd need to pay), but next to this beach is the "kid's beach" where you can enjoy yourself for free. The hotel's own pool is also great with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas.

This is a clean and charming hotel, right by the beach, with spacious balconies and a good breakfast service.

The room was spacious and the balcony big, with nice patio furniture. It is a lovely facility all round.

Pleasant

We were there in the off season and the hotel was virtually empty however no offer was made of an upgrade. We have been in similar hotels around the world and as a marketing gesture, a free upgrade has been offered when the hotel is empty. Our room was right next to the elevator so in a poor location and a bit noisy. The hotel is comfortable but they are not interested in generating great reviews.
