About this house rental

Beautiful House with 3 bedrooms - 5 beds for 8 guest (more guests are optional) & 2 bathrooms, heated pool and two-car garage. This house is in a great location near shopping plazas, restaurants, and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running, and more. You will have short distance to Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, Starbucks and a lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area....you can walk to the First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Beals and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3 miles drive to Sharky's on the Pier or only about 4 miles away from the Venice Beach. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio area around the pool is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. Board games, a gas grill, and more at your disposal.

Perfect Getaway for families, couples and friends . Pets are welcome with additional pet fee. This Home makes you feel happy and relaxed . A lot of inside and outside space. It's very comfortable. You will love it....

Guest access
Smart lock to make access more convenient to our guests. Guest will receive own personal access code to the house .

Other things to note
All pets Must be approved by the Owner. There is additional one time fee per pet. No pets allowed in pool and on beds . Additional charge may apply for cleaning.
Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays
Landscaping comes on Mondays.

We were in town for a quick trip before the kids go back to school. This home was perfect for our family. Super clean and spacious. We would enjoy staying here again.

This property was SO clean. The kitchen is well equipt and we didn't have to buy items at Publix such as dish & clothes detergent, new sponge, paper towels, paper cups, and the list goes on. The pool is sparkly clean with so many pools toys & floats. My 4 grandkids enjoyed the pool so much and spent hours with their cousins and never bored. The location was ideal for us being near the beaches and my son & family's house. The bedroom was a perfect place for the kids to share a room! I will hopefilly reserve this house when the family gets together again!

we had such a good time. We were pleasantly surprised, the house was nicely renovated, clean, and just like in the pictures! We enjoyed our time here and loved the house so much. We are looking forward to coming back next year, we are definitely would recommend to our friends and families. Thank you!

Great house and pool! The house was very clean, well appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and a great configuration for a family with children! We did a lot of cooking and grilling and the kitchen was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and had lots of fun swim time! Pool toys were a bonus! This property was exceptional in Every way!!

The house was charming and we enjoyed the few days while there. We have family in the area and we have already decided we will rent this home again. The owner was wonderful to work with and replied to questions/requests very quickly.

Pictures were extremely accurate. House was incredibly clean. Pool is immaculate. Grocery stores close. Beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Restaurants less than 5 minutes drive. We have three younger kids and I liked that all of them were in one bedroom. House looks like it was newly renovated. I would recommend this house if you are vacationing with kids.

Loved our stay! Ania thought of everything we could possibly need. Even had beach towels and all gear you need to go to beach . Was great having a pool - very relaxing way to end a day. Location is convenient to beaches, and downtown Venice and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific house for families! Fully stocked kitchen, linens, and beach stuff. Comfortable beds, CLEAN, incredibly quiet cul de sac. A great central location to popular beaches. Pool was heated, nice couch and lounges outside to relax on, grill was new. Plenty of room inside and games for kids to play. Host was awesome. City water, no sulfur smells. A must stay!

Everything at this property was amazing. The furniture & fittings indoors were luxurious. The pool area was wonderful and had plenty of comfortable furniture, and the pool was warm. The location was perfect with restaurants and supermarkets very near. We will rent this house again - the host made everything very easy

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had our kids families join us each of the three weeks we were there. This property is great for all ages. The location to the beaches and local restaurants is super. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

House was very relaxing and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Fresh,clean bedding and towels. House was close to everything you need and just a few minute drive to Casperson beach where we found lots of shark teeth. All in all it was a great stay! Thank you!

Very clean home! Quiet neighborhood!! Close to everything you could need.. the owner was easily contacted and very nice! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Venice area!!

We've stayed in VRBOs in this neighborhood before, but this newly updated home was the best one yet. It's even better than the pictures. The pool and outdoor seating are very nice, as well. The master bed and bath are on the opposite end of the house from the two other bedrooms and hall bath. This was perfect for our family's needs since some had to leave for the airport at 3 in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and newly renovated. Pool was very nice and comfortable pool area for hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked. Convenient short drive to downtown Venice and the beach. Beach chairs available too though we didnt use them. Owner was friendly and responsive.
