The flat was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice if there would have been a host booklet detailing the area to refer to. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Communication with the property owner was great. The park in Crystal Park itself is an interesting bit of history. And we really enjoyed one of the local pubs, the White Hart.

My friend and I had been on a bus tour, staying in hotel rooms, and this flat gave us the space we needed with 2 large bedrooms and a large living room. Our first walk to the Tube, we went the long way, but soon we found a short cut to the station through the city streets. The town of Crystal Palace has small restaurants and a convenient grocery store. Because my friend packed 2 bulky suitcases, we were not able to take the Tube to the flat, so a taxi from Heathrow will cost about $125.00.
The town is not fancy, but had a popular bakery that had a line in the mornings. The flat is roomy and very clean. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Crystal Palace is not a fancy town, but it met our needs.

We enjoyed our time at the flat. It was easy to get to the Crystal Palace train station and into central London. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of central London in the evenings. There were lots of places to order food. We did several delivery orders during our stay. There is also a wonderful cafe in town to have breakfast in the morning.
Our family would highly recommend this flat. Great location and price.

Was able to get an overground train into London Bridge. Took approx 25 mins. Property was well equipped. Beds were comfy. Tesco express nearby

My grown children and I enjoyed the unit so much. It was tucked away in a great little area, with eating establishments, store and the all impotant tube. Please take the time to find out about the crystal palace well worth the time. And right there. We explored your great country during the day and had a great place to lay our tired bodys at night.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Crystal palace. The property was clean and well equipped in a quiet street but very close to local amenities. The host communicated well and we had really clear instructions on finding the property and getting inside. Thank very much we will definitely come again next time we are in London!

Easy communication, outside of London but still direct Connection with Southern Line and Overground. Very cozy apartment equipped with everything. Recommended!

This flat is very spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds. It is also close to 3 overground stations which is quite handy so getting to central London is not tricky. The flat was clean and well appointed. Some improvements could be made. All the doors in the flat are very iffy and dont always close and open properly. The kitchen is lacking some basics like a microwave which would be very useful to have. The toiletries available in the bathroom could be a tad nicer and the location while convenient doesnt have too much going on around it. However, James was very responsive to my questions and I would not hesitate to book here again.

We are a family of 4 who stayed for a week - 2 young adults and us parents. The unit was exactly as described, very clean, the beds were comfortable, the amenities in the bathroom were excellent. Kitchen supplies were well stocked. We were a little surprised that there is no microwave or toaster oven, so had to reheat leftovers the old fashion way, on the stove top. But it all worked out fine.
The only hitch for us was that VRBO hadn't sent us codes for both the front door and the unit door (only the unit door). So this caused a slight delay. But James was reachable and we did get it all straightened out. So make sure that you have 2 codes!
James was lovely to work with throughout the reservation process and stay, very responsive and very nice.
The unit was very nice and exactly as portrayed.
The train station is just about a 10 minute walk and then the trip to Victoria Station is about 45 minutes, so it is a little bit of a trip into London proper, if that is what you are looking for.
Overall, we had a really good stay, the unit and host were excellent, thank you, James!

I booked this accommodation for some business colleagues to stay in. From the very beginning, James was a very quick, polite and responsive host. He helped me navigate the Vrbo booking system and was always on hand with any queries. My guests loved the place - they said it was a lovely spacious and bright flat with very comfy sofas and bed. Excellent location for transport and restaurants. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Thanks for all your help James and hopefully we will be back.
