DESCRIPTION
Villa Costa is one of the most exclusive in La Spezia's area.
It was built in the early 18th century and it was the summer home of local poet Lorenzo Costa.
The property has been perfectly renovated by keeping the distinctive features of its period, measures approximately 2,000 m2, and is set in a high, panoramic position.
Inside the estate, there are ceilings with barrel vaults, Carrara's marble, wooden beams, bare-stone walls, and columns.
A big terrace with a checkered floor offers a lovely view of the surrounding landscape.
Outside a large outdoor car park can accommodate about 30 cars.
