Lovely alpine scenery meets the convenience of downtown Frisco at this inviting, two-story home, beautifully tucked into a grove of evergreens. Spend your vacation skiing world-class resorts, coasting the shimmering waters of Dillon Reservoir, and soaking beneath starry skies in your own private hot tub.
This extremely comfortable home sits just two blocks off Main Street in the lakefront town of Frisco, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, trailheads, and the Frisco Bay Marina. There's outdoor recreation waiting in every direction, whether you head to Frisco Adventure Park (one mile), Dillon Amphitheater (five miles), Copper Mountain (eight miles), Breckenridge (nine miles), Keystone (11 miles), or Vail (27 miles).
After a day of hiking or mountain biking, come home to get the gas grill going for a barbecue on the deck. In the snowy winter months, curl up in the den to watch movies, play cards, or read a good book in the warmth of the woodstove.
The rest of the house is bright and welcoming, including another living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a window-lined dining room where you might catch a glimpse of a rare passing moose at breakfast. Serene bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

-Very nice property with nice furniture and nice restrooms.
- Hot Tub was a nice bonus with a beautiful view. - The top floor was very warm and hard to cool down(summer), the downstairs stayed cool. All of the thermostats just kicked on heat, no AC.
Please update property binder with:
- trash instructions/dumpster location.

Second time I have stayed at this property. A quiet haven tucked in the woods and so close to town. I work remotely and enjoyed having my office on the side deck, going on hikes for my lunch breaks and relaxing in the hot tub after a nice dinner in town. Highly recommend and will request to book again soon!

LOVED this place. We would love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for a ski trip week with friends. We had 4 in our group, but there was ample space for a bigger group, 2 living areas, huge dinning room table and fully stocked kitchen. The secluded hot tub and in house speaker system was a great bonus. 15 minute drive to Cooper and Breck. We walked to Highside Brewing, good beers and BBQ. Coffee shop and other stores also in walking distance a block away. Would stay at this house again.

The house was very close to town and everything about the stay was easy. The kitchen was very well stocked to make Thanksgiving dinner prep go smoothly. Overall a very comfortable and cozy stay.

Enjoyable stay in a quaint town.

This house is in a great location and was pretty clean aside from some dust and a few remnants of past renters (bottles, etc). Two separate living rooms is nice. Large kitchen with nice big eating area and all the utensils we needed. The dishwasher latch wasn't working though and we notified vacasa immediately and received an immediate response saying they would send somebody out. Unfortunately, that never happened and a week of hand washing with a large family was a pretty big pain considering the fees that vacasa charges to provide service to renters on occasions like this. We would have given five stars if that issue hadn't come up!

Everything was very good. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was hot and had an awesome view, just what we needed after a long day on the slopes. Great, quiet location that made walks on Main Street easy. Our only complaint is the bunks are squeaky, so maybe check into tightening the screws.

This house was the perfect location.....tucked away yet 2 blocks from all the restaurants and shopping of Main Street Frisco. Sitting out in the very clean hot tub seems like you are in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly wanted and the large table was great for all of us! Owner was great to work with!
