Greta location, nice and privately separated

Unique, attractive, landscaping, well laid out, easy in and out with parking nearby, a bit separate to rest of holiday park, nice lighting with LED string outside and groovy electric lanterns
Screen around outdoor bathtub would be good. Lack of hooks on walls to hang things, more counter space around bathroom sink would be good, handles for ladder to top bunk bed, ours was adjacent to gravel road and driveway that had a bit of traffic very early.

This was such a lovely stay - the sights and sounds of camping combined with all the facilities including an outdoor bath and rainfall shower. Highly recommend!

- Very nice location in St. Helens
- One if not the best restaurant we ate at in Tasmania (Furneaux Restaurant & Comptoir - check it out!) just 3mins by car
- Check-In/Check-Out was very convenient with the key-box
- Nice glamping experience but had bad luck with the weather
- I was contacted by them and they told me that an additional amount is due even though I prepaid everything, I wrote back but got no response even after reaching out twice. In the end everything worked out and we got our key from the keydrop box at the entrance. Nevertheless that felt quiet weird....
- Cool glamping but in my opinion a bit overpriced for 2 people, if we would have been 4 people then the price would add up

The Glamping tents were fantastic, and quite luxurious with plenty of nice features including the fire pit, outdoor bath and barbecue. Would be best suited to a family weekend outing, but pricier than the other Big 4 accommodation types.
I feel somewhat misled by the listing. This property is not “adjacent to Big 4”; it is entirely owned and operated by the Big 4 St Helen’s Holiday and is one of multiple accommodation types they offer. The tent is located at the back of the park and offers little to abate the noise from the rest of the other accomodation types, and is located close to the car park and shared bunk accomodation so it was quite noisy until late at night. It’s also a bit pricier than the comparable cabins but we found we could have saved $50-$100 booking direct instead of through Booking.com

Once you get over the fact this is attached to a big 4 and behind a gate at the top of the park it is actually quiet a nice setting .The actual tents are set up really well and the bath tub is worth using with a nice fire burning
Bit of noise from the road out back (but not to bad)

This glamping experience was everything I wanted/needed. The bed was so comfortable I had the best night sleep of my life! Super lush having a bath under the fairy lights/stars. Great location, felt night and secluded away. Staff were lovely. I loved it, hope I get to go back one day.

We loved pretty much everything about this property. The outdoor bath tub, all the cute lights, the heater, the facilities etc.
Nothing.

our stay was absolutely incredible, the Glamping tent exceeded our expectations. Everything about them were luxury at its finest down to the smallest details with Smeg kettle and toasters and can’t forgot the beautiful staff. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to visit if they get the chance.
