Location, the only thing that is good is the location of the place

Yolo Airbnb unit was truly disappointing. THEY ASK FOR DEPOSIT and refund less and late! Staff even got the pin wrong for the door. The two queen-sized mattresses have worn out, old and dirty with the pocket springs exposed. The water heater in mid hall bathroom for bathing is not functioning. Both the bathrooms should have more hooks for hanging clothes for more convenience. The remote controls for air conditioning units and fans are in good order but without batteries/worn out/rusty batteries and couldn’t adjust the mode of the fan and air-con..the fan in the living room is making a lot of noise when spinning, the door in the last room makes squeaking sound when opened..the plastic cover for the single mattress should be taken out when in used…making scratchy sound when we sleep.. plus point : the kitchen is equipped with most stuffs needed. Good comforters with good nice bathing towels needed for more comfortable stay Owner wants us to take a video before leaving the unit. First Airbnb we stayed that has been asked to do so. Improvements needed but important for a comfortable stay. Our first and last stay here.
