Nothing flashy, but comfortable.

The hotel looks like they have upgraded to be more modern, which is good. But it is a little run down. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I would stay there again.

The best stay so far in Guam!

Hotel Tano has the most amazing service and staff. They are central and have a store in the lobby that is open 24/7. I traveled for work and it was perfect. Great price and awesome experience.

Convenient for a transit stay

The hotel is good and comfortable enough for a short stay, i.e. transit. The room is spacious and the staff (mostly very friendly Filipino people) are helpful and efficient.

The atmosphere is rather quiet and lonely. It is not a cheerful resort hotel but a business hotel. (As a business hotel, no complaints at all.)

ホテルのスタッフがみなさん親切でした。ファミリースイートに泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔でキッチンも広く使いやすかったです。ホテルから主要な場所へはシャトルを出してくれました（基本ドロップオフ）タクシーやストロールよりも安く、大きい車なので移動が楽でした。

お湯が温かくなかったです。調理器具が火元で使うものが大きめの両手鍋、片手鍋、フライパンしかありません。ボウルやザルなどの器具はありません。

素晴らしいホテル。来年はもっと良くなるはず。スタッフ最高です。

ロケーションは最高です。タモンの中心地に位置していて便利です。 2023年に古いホテルをリニューアルした新しいホテルです。スタッフがフレンドリーです。長期滞在型のイメージでピッタリでした。２ベット２バスルームの部屋でした。キッチンも完備で自炊できました。

まだ、完全完成まで1年かかるとスタッフは言っていたのでしょうがないが・・部屋のクローゼットのドアが外れたり、シャワールームのドアが開かなくなったり（笑）すぐにスタッフが親身に対応してくれました。英語ができない人は大変かも・・・。でも、それが気にならないくらい良かった。

다시 방문하진 않을 것 같아요.

침구가 편안했고, 조명이 다양해서 원하는 정도로 방의 밝기를 조절할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔 일부가 공사중이라 아래쪽은 공사장 같은 느낌이지만, 4층 객실을 주셔서 먼 거리의 경치는 괜찮았습니다.(바다가 일부 보이는)

1. 위치 : 투몬비치와 티 갤러리아 등 중심가와 가까워보여서 선택한 곳인데, 거리가 멀지 않음에도 불구하고 분위기가 너무 외곽 느낌입니다. 호텔이 큰길에서 조금 안쪽에 위치해있는데 가는 골목길이 꽤 어둡고 도로 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 2. 시설 : 샤워 커튼이 없어서 물이 화장실과 세면대 바닥으로 쉽게 튕겨나갑니다. 3. 서비스 : 대부분 호텔을 이용해보면 방 청소 후에 생수와 어메니티는 보통 채워주시던데, 이곳은 체크인 한 첫날만 제공되는것 같았습니다. 4박 동안 추가로 물이 제공되진 않았고, 사용한 어메니티도 새로 채워져 있지 않았습니다.

道に慣れるのに苦労しちゃいました。

部屋は改装したばかりでとても綺麗でした。室内も清潔です。初日になかったフェイスタオルが次の日にはありました。従業員の方はとてもフレンドリーでした。海にも近くて、コンビニにも近いし、ホテル内にもある事。

大通りから入るのに、わかりにくい。改装中のせいかドアの隙間が全て空いていてびつくりしました。リネンの数が毎日違ってる。足拭きマットが2枚あるのにフェイスタオルがなかったり。

まずまずでした。

部屋が清潔感がありました。食事場所、ビーチが近くで便利でした。

ホテルの周辺が改築中でした。タイルのがれきがそのまま残されていました。進入路が舗装されていないところがありデコボコな箇所がありました。

직원들 모두 친절했습니다 로비가 넓고 소파가 많아 택시 기다리기 편했습니다 주변에 abc마트, 버거킹, 라멘집, 태국음식집, 한국인이 운영히는 치킨집이 있어 식사 해결이 어렵지 않습니다 예약한 투어에서도 픽업 올 수 있어 편했습니다

위치가 번화가와는 거리가 조금 있습니다 도보 15분 정도 걸립니다 평지라 걷기 괜찮지만 해가 쨍쨍할 때는 조금 힘들었습니다

酒店房間非常乾淨，白黑色的搭配感覺空間也是完全足夠，三個人住一間房也絲毫不擁擠，房間配備咖啡礦泉水不夠還可以管服務生再要，酒店還搭配有室外泳池和健身房，對運動愛好者非常友好。

關島性價比最高的酒店，整潔度也是沒得說，酒店的泳池也非常大適合家庭出遊，距離海邊走路也是非常近，走路距離就可以到，而且附近很多很好吃的餐廳，每天換不同的吃都可以。

基本上沒有不滿意的地方，除了中間有兩天當地附近的網絡運營商出現了故障導致酒店Wifi不能使用以外。

Comfortable and affordable

I liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was always cleaned so nicely whenever the cleaners would come by. They even helped us when we dropped sand in the room and it wasn’t the designated cleaning time. I liked the location a lot, very central to everything.

I wish there was hot water… as in you didn’t have to turn on the sink too to have maybe a 60% chance of getting hot water, maybe it was just our room though. I would have liked if the road was a bit nicer to the hotel as well.

おもしろいホテル！

とにかく繁華街から近い！そして部屋も広い！閑散期だからかもしれないがバリュー！駐車場も無料

入り口のあたりが、なぜあんなに瓦礫が積まれているかは謎… パッ見は廃墟風笑前後の部屋が工事中なのかタオルが引き詰めてあったり、テープ貼られてたり。でも泊まった部屋はとにかく綺麗だし広くて大満足。

Probably won't stay again only because of the bad shower situation.

Location is good, close to drinking and eating plus the beaches.

The shower is really bad. Whole bathroom floor gets soaked because of the half door thing plus the water only gets warm not hot. plus my wife is trying to take a shower 1st thing in the morning but, the hot water didn't work, she got really pissed off.

Good place to go for short stays or just a layover

Simple but everything's there. Room was clean, wifi was stable, beds were comfortable, lighting was bright enough, charging sockets were usable... I had a good night sleep.

The shower stall had no door or curtain, so water may easily splash out. The shower knob handle in my room was broken but usable. Upon check-out, I informed the front desk to have it repaired, so hopefully this will be fixed.

主要観光地であるタモンへ、徒歩圏内である点。

水着など、濡れたものを干す場所があれば完璧でした。お風呂場に少しだけ干すことは可能かもしれません。

Free very early check-in, again thank you coz you're really tired when you arrive from a night flight ! The staff is really friendly and the hotel and accommodation clean. Walking distance from beaches and restaurants.

英語が話せないとサービスも落ちるかも。

改装したばかりで清潔。

日本語の話せるスタッフはいないので、英語が話せない人は困ると思います。英語の話せる私の部屋の清掃はちゃんとてしてもらえましたが、英語の話せない姑の部屋はタオルを置いてもらえなかったり、アメニティの補充がなかったりしました。でもスタッフに頼めば全部持ってきてくれました。

It was good overall!

Hotel Tano is in a great location and near convenience stores and restaurants. It's also easy to book a ride from the hotel.

The area was a bit sketchy and not well-lit, but for the price of our stay it was fine.

清潔でお得に泊まれる清掃もしっかりされていて素晴らしいシャンプーなどのアメニティも補充してくれた！ありがとう！

部屋が清潔だった ABCストア(コンビニ)が近い冷房がめちゃくちゃ効いてる(効きすぎて寒い、効かせすぎないと湿気が篭るので冷房を効かせる)

夜間スタッフは手が足りてないこともある(ホテル内のコンビニで飲み物を買おうとしたが会計対応できるスタッフがずっと電話対応しており、20〜30分？ずいぶん待たされた)

酒店比较新。

酒店周边一片废墟，地上坑坑洼洼，路上积水，开车，走路都要小心。环境脏，乱，差。房间地上都是灰，翻新的装修粗糙简陋，卫生间设施不全，没地方挂毛巾，台盆下漏水。

COMFORTABLE AND FABULOUS STAY. A 9 PLUS RATING IS WHAT THEY DESERVE

FRONT DESK HELP WAS GREAT, THE COUNTER PEOPLE ANNE AND THE GENTLEMEN WORKING WITH ANNE AT 330 AM ON 14 SEPT , I FORGOT HIS NAME WERE FABULOUS, I GO EVERY FEW MONTHS TOO GUAM AND HAVE STAYED AT THE PROPERTIES THERE BUT THIS ONE THE NEW HOTEL TANO WAS THE BEST ONE YET. I WILL RETURN. THEY were very kind in allowing us to CHECK IN VERY EARLY WITH NO CHARGE, OUR FLIGHT ARRIVED AT 430 AM AFTER GETTING A RENTAL CAR WE ARRIVED AROUND 6AM EXHAUSTED FROM THE FLIGHT, THEY GAVE US A ROOM TO REST IN BEFORE TRANSFERRING US TO OUR DELUXE ROOM, NO CHARGE FOR ARLY ARRIVAL, REAL NICE, ALL HOTELS SHOULD DO THIS BUT THEY DO NOT, SHAME ON THEM AND HOORAY FOR TANO HOTEL. SOON WILL BE ADDING A RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE CHINESE BUFFETT IN SAME BUILDING, AND ALSO ADDING OTHER AMENITIES REMEMBER THIS HOTEL IS NEW AND JUST OPENED JUNE OF 2023, SO ITS NEW.BUT GREAT JOB BYE STAFF

AWESOME NEWLY RENOVATED BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN TUMON!

Stayed at Hotel Tano for about a month, and the hotel was the perfect property for us while on remote work/vacation on Guam visiting family and friends over our kids summer break. The hotel had just completed their renovation and conversion to a newly renovated boutique hotel. We loved the modern design and concept of the property and of the Premier Suite we had stayed in. We also loved the view of Tumon Bay and It’s sunset from our suite. The property is also centrally located on Tumon, where we made the daily walk to Fujita beach which was about a 5 minute walk, and to the main Tumon shopping strip which was about a 10 minute walk. Staff were superb, as others mentioned on here. They welcomed us with the Hafa Adai spirit, they were attentive to our family’s needs during our stay, and at times a couple steps ahead in insuring we had a great stay. They sure made us feel like family. These individuals includes (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, and Jamie) A couple specific individuals that made our stay extra special, were Oz and Misty. Oz Lobby Host, consistently greeted us as we departed the hotel to kick-off our day and welcomed us back in the evening as we returned back to the hotel from our fun filled day. Oz would also check in on us to insure we were having a great stay. Misty our room attendant, was consistent in servicing our room, and would consistently check in to see if we needed any additional room amenities during our stay. It was refreshing to come back from our day to a clean room. My kids also loved the care that Misty had put towards their stuff animals. Overall an AWESOME stay, and we are looking forward to staying again and will be recommending Hotel Tano to our stateside friends and family!
