This was a great place to stay! We had 7 people in our crew that came to Soldotna to go fishing. The house was very nice, clean, and centrally located. I would definitely recommend this place for others to stay!

In neighborhood setting, close to everything. Since fishing was successful having a deep freezer was excellent!

We traveled to Soldotna for a Halibut charter and some salmon fishing. The house was comfortable, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our trip very much and had a lovely stay. Check-in and out was super simple and the most straightforward I’ve ever experienced at a VRBO! The host was great with communication and answered all of my questions within a few hours of my asking. Would definitely rent here again on another trip!

We were a group of four adults on a weeklong fishing trip to Kenai peninsula. This house was very clean, recently updated, very well equipped and spacious. Has 2 floors of living space. On the first floor is the kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms, including master suite, also one additional bathroom off the hallway. Downstairs is spacious family room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Kitchen was very well equipped with new gas range and extra freezer outside. Would stay again. The owner was very accommodating and helpful prior to the trip.
Two suggestions: sun blocking blinds for the bedrooms and access to garden water hose outside.

The hous was spacious, clean, well outfitted with the necessities to feel right at home. The location was within five minutes of every amenity that we needed: food, supplies, and fishing. Marisa is a wonderful host and was ver concerned that we had everything we needed. I’ll see you again next year. Thank you Marissa.

For a first time renter on VRBO I had a great experience! The location was great! Close by all of Soldonta’s fishing spots. The house was accurately described. It met the needs of our party 6. There were some items that were missing like a toilet plunger and a broom and dustpan but other than that the house was furnished withe everything we needed. The owner Marissa was very prompt in our communication and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely rent from again!!
