This was our 3rd stay at JadeHome - it truly is our “home away from home” when we visit family in Alameda! Vivian is great to work with and very responsive, and the house is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to a future visit!

Clean, comfortable space with off street parking. Only disappointment was the internet was spotty and therefore unable to watch Netflix, etc

This is a lovely and spacious 2 bedroom house in a quiet neighbourhood with off street parking.
Beds were very comfortable (some of the best I have stayed in for a vacation rental) and the house had pretty much everything you would need for a stay, more provisions (oil/spices/coffee/tea etc) than we expected as well as all the washing and cleaning products we could need.
Vivian was brilliant as a host and communicated clearly. He obviously cares for his property and it was spotless.
Location is great with easy access to San Francisco across the bay using the Seaplane Lagoon terminal. Free onsite parking although you could walk there if you wanted to and had an extra 20-25min.
I would stay again!

We were in the Oakland area for the Twins vs Oakland A's series/. This place was perfect for us. It is close to the ballpark in a quiet working class neighborhood.
It was exactly as described. Very clean, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom were clean and well stocked.
Parking was easy and I had no worries.
I will stay here again when the Twins play the Giants next year.
I gave it 5 stars because they would not let me go higher.

This is a sweet home in Alameda. Everything was as described, and the host had everything ready. It was a very pleasant home, and a good neighborhood, close to public transportation and shopping. I would recommend this home.
