Paradise is calling and you must go! Located in the Historic Cortez Fishing Village, this serene escape overlooks the canal and is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. Nearby, play in the sun when you participate in some light-hearted competition at Fish Hole Miniature Golf, stick your toes in the sand at the Manatee Public Beach, do some excellent sightseeing at the Perico Preserve, and tune into a live performance at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.
Fun in the sun continues back at your stay as you dip into the turquoise waters of the canal view, private pool! Head inside and rinse off before preparing dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Amongst the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops, cooking will come easy. Dine as a family at the lovely formal dining table before gathering in the living room for a movie. Also in this space appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.
Follow the charming coastal decor into each of the spacious bedrooms. Here, sleep will come easy as you tuck under the plush bedding and tune the central air-conditioning to your liking.
End your evenings by gathering around the table and playing a board game, or head out onto the private dock where the stargazing opportunities are truly magnificent.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

This house was the perfect find for our vacation stay. It was located in a beautiful spot in Cortez close to AMI but still tucked away off the main strip which I really enjoyed. This gave us the luxury of being close to everything without the heavy traffic of the main island. The house is clean and having the washer/dryer available made keeping up with travel laundry a breeze. The pool was warm and had floaties and umbrellas provided for comfort. Everything was as described in the listing and the only issue I ran into was flat tires on the bikes but that was minor and not the focus of our stay so I did not reach out to have this corrected. We had plenty of other things to do in the area. This house was worth the price with the bedrooms, pool, location, and amenities and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This home was wonderful! Do not hesitate to book! The location was perfect, close to everything but very quiet. The pool area was really nice it had adirondack chairs and 2 big umbrellas outside for shade that was not in the pictures. The house also had a lot of extras many rentals house don't have, a full linen closet stocked with beach towels, bath towels, extra linens. Beds and furniture were very comfortable with a huge tv in the family room! We would book this place again!

Lovely place really wanted to use the pool. But water was cold but did put feet in. I am sure will be warmer as the temps get warmer. Everything was great at the house. And we had a wonderful time.

We loved the house. Everything was very clean. The pool was great for everyone. Fished the whole time and had a fish fry. The green light in the canal at night was very cool. Only caught one crab in the trap. We would recommend reserving a golf cart ahead of time if you visit during spring break. They were all taken! Otherwise you can just set up at the beach early morning with a vehicle when traffic is light, park back at the house, then walk over when you're ready. Traffic is pretty bad back and forth from the island. Highly recommended 👌

We loved the location and space! We were very comfortable with house even though there were electrical problems when using the kitchen appliances. We reached out to the property managers and they told us to reset the breaker, but we couldn’t find the breaker box - no idea it was outside! Power went completely out 3 times at night which made it hard for the 2 guests with cpaps to sleep. We had to live with the electrical issues because for the week we were there, they weren’t going to upgrade the electrical for the house while we were there. Bikes were great but most of them had flat tires. Grill was unusable. No dishwasher, even though some of the paperwork included dishwasher in the appliances listed. We didn’t want to waste time waiting for service people to fix things while we were on vacation but they should be fixed. Pool was excellent! We enjoyed the dock and all fish and wildlife. We will definitely be back and hope the kinks are worked out for next year.

The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. But, we were not treated as promised by Vacasa. First,there were broken down bikes with flat tires. It took a week of our calls, begging, and their false promises till we got bikes. Next, The blackstone grill was rusted and filthy. We got a new tank of gas. That gas is nearly gone. There is a leak in the supply line. Smell is very strong. It is dangerous!!! If we used the microwave we had to go outside and reset the breaker. yes, this is true!!!! We lost television Service twice. The first time took nearly a week to get frontier there, and that was because frontier was not called. Both times we had to stay at the house and wait for frontier to come. Lastly, There is no dishwasher. The pool is not heated. The worst part about all of this is the way we were disrespected and ignored by Vasava. We do not recommend this property.
