Immerse yourself in the rustic elegance of our classy cabin-themed retreat, nestled in southwest Michigan. A stone's throw away from numerous local wineries and popular hiking trails. Savor delectable meals at nearby restaurants and discover the beauty of the nearby state park, only a few miles away.
Step inside our inviting space, replete with all modern amenities, including a washer and dryer, a 50" television with a Nintendo Switch. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a full bunk bed with a trundle.
Gather around the solid wood dining table, which seats 6, or unwind at the bistro table, which seats 2. The wood tones and cozy cabin accents create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere throughout the unit.
Rejuvenate in the rain shower and soaking tub combo in the bathroom, or step outside onto the spacious balcony to breathe in the crisp Michigan air. The fully-equipped kitchen, with its wood cabinetry, provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a family adventure, our cabin-themed getaway offers a unique and memorable experience in the heart of nature, with the convenience of wineries and local attractions just a short drive away.
This property requires a deposit and rental agreement to be signed.
As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us.
• Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers.
• No pets allowed.
• Please do not wear shoes inside the home.
• No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown.
• Check-in is at 4 PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10:30AM. You will be charged an additional $25 for every 15 minutes late for check out unless pre-approved by the host.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors.
• There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely.
• There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
• The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
• For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
• If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
- No more than 250 lbs per bunk.
It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner.
The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will. One last quick weekend getaway before our son went back to college. Stay was perfect. The place is fully loaded with everything you can possibly need. Close proximity to everything. Enjoyed our stay.

Property is up to date with all the essentials you need and located right off the highway. The view is nice but all you hear is the highway traffic when outside. Overall the place was great for the price.
