Back yard garden has mango tree, coconut tree, and orange tree. The area is quiet , the property is a minute walk to the main road , road is good , taxis and buses are regular and they are cheap . There are restaurants and shops nearby, some offer delivery service. The property is also ideal for engagement and wedding reception
