we love this beautiful, small hotel. Quite the enjoyable Location, everything was easy to walk to. The train station was nearby so you could run into Lisbon if you would like situated across from the castle in a park. It was really a beautiful setting.

My stay at artsy was simply amazing. Can not find faults. Loved the restored building with the wooden floors. Loved the rooftop pool. And loooved the breakfast that was not buffet style but a la carte. One of the best breakfast experiences i have had in a hotel. I could go back for the homemade sourdough bread and butter alone. The whole stay was close to perfection.

This was a gem. Very good location for walking.very small hotel but the staff were awesome and the Restaraunt was so small and quaint and probably the best breakfast out of anywhere we were in Portugal although the menu was small. Our bartender was the nicest and gave us great ideas on what to do in Portugal.

We don’t normally stay at boutique hotels but this property might change our mind. The room definitely has 5 star amenities. The restaurant in the hotel makes killer drinks and the staff goes above and beyond. Also can’t beat the location. We missed out on the breakfast but we heard very good things about the food too. Would come back.

Our experience was absolutely flawless. The staff and hosts were delightful and exceptionally informative. The concierge service was readily available in person, over the phone, or via text message. The hotel masterfully captures an artistic and harmonious balance between the old-world charm of the historic family home and an elegant, artistic flair. Our view of the park and castle was both beautiful and bright. Sunlight filtered through the trees, illuminating our window and providing just enough warmth for the weather. It was truly picturesque. We were just a few minutes from the beach, and our dinner reservations were within walking distance of the hotel. The next morning, we were greeted with a delectable three-course breakfast, the perfect start to our day. We did not spend enough time in Cascais this trip, but we will certainly book this hotel again when we return.

Boutique hotel located near museums, marina, restaurants shopping all within view of Cascais Bay. The staff was professional, attentive, friendly and trained exceptionally by the General Manager Francisco! Rooftop pool was cove and beautifully appointed which was such a treat after a day of walking or riding bikes along the coast. We are looking forward to another stay at Artsy next year! The entire experience by the hotel, staff and exceptional dining was incredible!

The service was extraordinary (good). The location excellent and the hotel itself fabulous. Things to note though are there is no view from most of the rooms. The Artists rooms are spacious but lack hanging pegs for towels etc and the bathroom area is partially open - there is a door to the loo but space above and below which is a little unpleasant! Ie the bathroom privacy is a bit lacking. And the rooms are quite dark. Beautiful though. The breakfasts are great and there’s a lovely rooftop pool (small but very pleasant). The staff and service absolutely fabulous.
