Oké voor 1 nacht

Prima locatie. Oké voor 1 nacht, bed sliep goed. Medewerker bij de check-in was erg vriendelijk.

Kamers zijn erg gehorig en klein. Je kan amper om het bed heen lopen. Ik werd ‘s ochtends wakker gemaakt door de housekeeping terwijl ik die ochtend moest uitchecken, niet heel fijn en lijkt me niet de bedoeling… De gangen naar de hotelkamers zijn heel donker en geeft niet zo’n fijn gevoel.

Staff were great. Hotel stay was unpleasant and felt usafe. We'd have liked hot water!

There was no hot water in our room. So we were given the key to another room to take a a shower - this was a storeroom containing old tables, furniture, microwave ovens and kettles. Theis room only had enough hot water for a 4-minute shower, so one of us ended up having a cold shower in a store room. There was also a man sleeping on the chair in the common area at the end of our corridor. We were told he was a guest staying with his family, even though the confused man woke up asking, "Where are the toilets?". So, we had no hot water in our room, 4 minutes of hot water for a shower in a store room, plus a non-guest sleeping in the corridor on our floor. The hotel staff were wonderful, but we didn't feel clean, safe nor comfortable. Let's just say it's not the kind of place we'd let our daughters stay at.

Nicht nochmal

Frühstück, nur 10€ parken, freundliches personal

Eigentlich sind wir echt nicht anspruchsvoll. Einfach nur etwas zum schlafen/duschen und sauber soll es sein. Aber das war es nicht wirklich. Ich würde das hotel nicht wieder buchen. Denke es ist ehr etwas für junge Leute die zum feiern ne "günstige" bleibe brauchen und vom Rest nicht viel mitbekommen 😜.

Good value for money Hotel outside the center

Large room and very good breakfast.

The room was large, but equipped very rudimentary, The Hotel is located outside of the city center of Den Haag, but you can easily go there by tram (station very close to the Hotel).

Good value for money.

Easily accessible, great parking possibilities. Easily and seamless check in and check out.

The ceiling was unpainted, but other than that it was good value for money.

Prima verblijf super hygiënisch en goed geregeld

Open raam in de kamer, jammer dat je er niet uit mag roken terwijl het open is.

Broken shower, rooms didn't match up to the images shown online.

The room had a fridge. When our shower didn't work, the staff let us use another room's bathroom.

Our hot water was broken, and the way the shower is constructed is so shoddy that it completely floods the entire bathroom anytime you use it. It was a complete mess. They built the bed on a plywood platform, and you can see that they don't clean the room between the wall and bed. The hotel attendant made us pay a 'tourist tax' that was much higher than we had been quoted elsewhere, which felt like a scam. The pictures are much nicer than what you actually get.

Lieber garnicht benutzt!!!!!!!!

Ich bin 79 und war mein Leben lang viel unterwegs aber in einem Müllcontainer habe ich noch nicht übernachtet- schade dass ich die Fotos hier nicht anhängen kann! Habe anderes Hotel genommen !!! € 227 waren bezahlt ???

Erstmal darfst du als Gast mit Auto in den Parkplatz rein zu fahren da aber voller dreck und Müll ist. An Rezeption stinkt nach gekochtes essen ,sowie auf ganzen 1-2 stocke!das Zimmer,Fußboden ekelhaft, im Bett Haare,im Bad aufs Boden das gleiche voll mit Haare!warnes Wasser durch elektrische Beuler also keine,ich hab geduscht für meiner Mann keine mehr warme Wasser gewesen! Unten die Matratze Dreck von vorgäste nicht entsorgt!also volle Katastrophe , nicht zu Empfehlen !!

VIES, SMERIG, RANZIG

Niks, nog nooit zoiets RANZIGS en VERSCHRIKKELIJKS gezien

De handen stonden van de vorige bezoekers op de muur, super smerig. Matrassen op een houtenplank die gedurende de nacht uit elkaar schuiven. Kan het wel mijn verschrikkelijkste nacht ever noemen.

I would not recommend booking your stay here.

It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Transport was easy.

I booked a king room to have a bigger room and bigger bed, but sadly the bed was the problem. Me and my partner had to sleep on two mattresses that were single and combined together but not in a frame. As you can imagine I was falling between the two mattresses which resulted in sleepless two nights for me and I still have back pain. They should change this as the money I paid is not worth the pain and inconvenience caused by the hotel.

Schock bei der Ankunft

Personal war nett

Decke ist nicht gestrichen, statt einen Schrank nur eine Stange, Aufzug mit Tesa geklebt, Türen verkratzt & schwerfällig, Fenster öffnen ist gefährlich, von außen eine schäbige Fassade, ... Dabei sieht das Hotel im Internet echt gemütlich aus... Ist aber wohl wie Den Haag "die königliche Stadt" eine Verarsche! Immer nur aus den passenden Winkel fotografiert. Ich empfinde das als gemeine Täuschung! Da ist ein Knast ja gemütlicher...

Personeel was heel vriendelijk

Veel lawaai op de gang ‘s’ nachts door deuren die dichtvielen wat veel lawaai maakte. Water in de lavabo van de badkamer liep niet door. Vreselijke verlichting op de kamer. Geen nachtkastje naast bed. Slechte matras. Parking duur omdat de auto gewoon buiten stond op terrein waar iedereen op kan.

Good for a short stay

Good place for a short stay, you have all the facilities at a fair price.

The 2-persons bed is actually a 2 single mattress and you can hear your neighbours sometimes.

Nice hotel, convenient location, and with friendly staff!

Super conveniently located near the bus and tram stops, and I was upgraded to a larger room when I arrived which was great. Room was huge and had a great shower, bed was also comfy. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day!

All was good.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald!

De receptie heeft ons keurig geholpen met het bestellen van een taxi. Vriendelijk geholpen in het restaurant en ook de burger was erg goed. We hadden ons bed geupgrade van gewoon dubbel bed naar groot dubbel bed, wat het denk ik wel waard was. Mooie ruime kamer en het bed lag heerlijk!

De douche had een halve wand en dus een open stuk, waardoor de rest van de vloer ook nat werd, niet heel handig. Maar wel goede straal, dus ik vergeef het ze :p

I will never come back!

The room was very spacious, and it canceleld the noise from outside pretty good. They have a parking lot in the back. (small spaces tough)

Please come here if you like the smell of weed when you enter or exit your room. Yes, even inside the guests or people that live there smoke! But no worries, if you don't smell it inside, you will also notice they will smoke right in front of the back exit to the parkinglot! The room is dirty, found hairs in the shower that clearly were not mine, also the towels were stained, the floor was not properly vacuumed. (concrete floor, everything is visible; maybe better as carpet, that would have been harder to clean tough) Also I loved the boiler above the toilet, it really feels well finished. No i will never visit this place again!

Prima slapen, eigen parkeerplaats.

Grote kamer, prima groot bed, niet te hard, goede kussens, waterkoker en koelkast in de kamer en beneden een prima restaurant gezien de kaart

Alhoewel ik wist geen tv meende ik er toch 1 te zien op de fotos maar helaas die was er niet, het is als je alleen reist dan wat stil op de kamer. Zeker omdat ik het geluid van de straat toch redelijk goed kon horen, niet irriterend of zo. En een keer stofzuigen onder het bed kan geen kwaad.

Relax verblijf en aardig personeel en goed eten.

Het ontbijt was echt helemaal top! Ik heb heerlijk gegeten. Daarnaast was de kamer relax en precies wat ik nodig had. ik was er in mijn tentamenweek en moest studeren in de kamer en dat was super chill.

Sommige dingen voelde niet heel schoon aan. Zoals bijvoorbeeld de koelkast. Er hing een heel naar geurtje in de koelkast en in de waterkoker zat aangebakken pasta. Waarschijnlijk van de vorige mensen die in mijn kamer zaten.
