Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony 8 m2, terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Panoramic view of the river. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. The boat is included between March 15th and October 31st (value 150 euro per day). No license needed. Not suitable for guests without a swimming certificate.
