Second lounge area with sofa bed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
Living: Two living areas with flat screen TV's.
Bathroom: Master Bathroom with Toilet and Shower. Additional seperate toilet. Ensuite with Shower and Toilet.
Laundry: Washing machine and Dryer
Heating / Cooling: Air-conditioning throughout.
Outdoors: Pool, Jacuzzi Spa, Gas BBQ and Outdoor Setting.
Parking: Off street parking on the driveway and Double Garage.

Unfortunately, Beam Hideaway does not welcome pets.

Beam Hideaway is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen.

Complimentary Wifi is provided at Beam Hideaway.
Security bond:
A security bond of $500 may be required depending on your method of booking.
You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.
Arrivals and departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check-in, we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.
Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.
Please Note: The property has a strict no party policy. No Hens / Bucks / Schoolies / Large Gatherings etc. This will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your holiday stay and no refund of bond paid either.
