The home offers 4 king bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 with a jack-n-jill that flows into a double queen room. A fun built-in bunk room with a twin bed over a queen makes this beach house kid-friendly. All bedrooms have their own TV.

The home features a Tesla EV Charger and other tech goodies, such as a rack mounted network, powered by 1200 Mps of high-speed Internet, with 5 strategically located wireless access points. Outside, there is a screen porch with TV for relaxing, and the heated private saltwater pool is perfect for a dip any time of year weather permitting. The pool comes with a gas heater, which can be used for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay, with the water taking 24-48 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please note that pool heating may not be available in cooler months when the air temperature falls below 55 degrees.
