Best Pool Views! Our true 2-bedroom condo (Whole unit. No lockoffs) is an upstairs villa that overlooks the popular family friendly pools and children's splash zone at the main clubhouse in the exclusive Legacy Villas at La Quinta. With southwest facing windows, the rays of the sun greet you in the morning, but later in the day, both covered balconies provide cool afternoon shade with palm tree views of the desert mountains. The Living Room balcony is its own outdoor living area outfitted with a thick cushioned loveseat and two comfy armchairs to enjoy that southern California endless summer air. Grill your favorite eats outside on the Char-Broil electric BBQ while keeping a second eye on the kiddos down by the pool.
Our condo’s fully equipped kitchen provides the tools you need to prepare simple home cooked meals, including a 4-burner gas stove with built-in microwave, french door-style refrigerator with freezer drawer, ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Other appliances include dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender and tea kettle. Solid Granite Kitchen countertops throughout. All cookware, kitchenware, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware are included. Our unit is also family friendly with plenty of unbreakable kids plates and cups!
Our Living Room is furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, cushioned ottoman, and two big armchairs. The 55” TV with cable and “One Touch” gas fireplace welcomes family and friends to gather together. Ceiling Fan and robust HVAC system keeps everyone comfortable. Free WiFi keeps everyone connected.
Legacy Villas is a gated condo community with 24-hour security at the main gate. Rental guests have free access to all 12 swimming pools and 11 outdoor jetted hot tubs scattered throughout 40-acres of landscaped grounds. The main clubhouse includes use of the state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, picnic tables, poolside cabanas, community gas BBQs (at the lap pool adjacent to the main courtyard), as well as a quiet lounge with high-ceilings and comfy couches. This private community is interlaced with shimmering fountains, walking paths, and desert gardens bursting with bougainvillea, rosemary bushes, flowering cacti, and citrus trees. The poolside Legacy Grill is open during the high season with limited hours.
PGA championship-level golf courses and top-tier tennis clinics just a few minutes away. 3 miles to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. 5 miles to the Empire Polo grounds. 20 miles to Palm Springs. We enjoyed a very relaxing week at the property. It is well located looking over the main pools. Property is spacious and well appointed including an excellent kitchen and a washer and dryer. Great location to go for walks to the nearby La Quinta Resort and Old Town La Quinta or beyond. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time staying at the unit.....close to the main pool, beautiful surroundings! It was a four day stay with 2 of our younger grandchildren. Lots of pool time! Thank you for making things easy. Now if you could shorten the drive time on the 210, that would be heaven!

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were centrally located for activities, friends and family in La Quinta and adventures in Palm Springs, and Joshua Tree.
The condos was spacious and well equipped.

So relaxing and peaceful! A beautiful, well appointed villa in a perfect location! Our host, Skip was super responsive and accommodating to any/all questions and requests we had…leading up to and during our stay. It was a perfect getaway and I absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at legacy villas the week before Memorial Day! Condo was very clean and just as advertised. Great for our family of 4. We arrived on a monday and stayed until Saturday before the holiday. It was nice and quiet until Saturday when the holiday crowd came in, but thats to be expected. Only negative was once the crowd hit we had a hard time finding a parking place. Would definitely stay here again though! Property manager was great, convenient check in and everything needed.

Nice resort, loved location of this Villa. It overlooks the pool and was very nice. The accommodations were great, it had everything that we needed In terms of cooking, sleeping and lounging. Property management was responsive and well organized. Here a couple of minor issues that would help make a stay even better-
A larger bar of soap in the bathroom, for those of us staying more than two days. I had to buy soap, we ran out and had the purchase more. Also there was only one extra roll of toilet paper and we used almost of of it. I’m not sure if we were responsible to buy more. The main master suite bathroom door had a major squeak.

Great unit. Right above the main pool. So close that if you sit in the cabana right below the balcony you still get the good Wi-Fi from the room. And it’s nice to be so close for grabbing another drink or snacks while enjoying the pool. This is an upper unit so best for groups who don’t mind stairs (like us).
This is our third stay at legacy villas, but first time in this unit. I would definitely stay here again. If you don’t love the “energy” of the main pool with kids playing then this unit might not be a good fit. But for us it was just perfect.
This unit was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. And all the appliances (big and small) worked really well.
Also, I really liked that there was no key to the room. Just a code to remember. I hate worrying about losing the keys. This was just easy. Very relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was my second time staying at Legacy Villas, and I had a great experience the first time, and the second time was even better. To highlight, first the condos is fully stocked with everything you will need for a short stay or even a long stay. All the host was prompt in sending pertinent information via email and text. This property was just as pictured - and a fun location looking over the main pool. They provide everything you need including plenty of nice dishes, good towels and wonderful bedding - quality throughout which is so appreciated. Communication was excellent. We loved our stay!

This is a great condo in a gated community. Super close to the main pool and splash pad. Very clean and well maintained. Skip is amazing!!! Very attentive and helpful. Perfect size for a family of four. My husband and I in one room and our two children in the other room.

Room was as shown (clean with great amenities). Vews of pools were beautiful day and night. Grill and full kitchen perfect. Swim in the main pool or use another for quiet privacy. Perfect for families.

We’ve stayed at Legacy Villas a few times in different condos and this one was by far the best! The location to the main pool can’t be beat! The condo was super clean and updated and the owner was so wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Had an amazin few days in this beautiful condo, perfect for two couples or a small family. The location is exceptional and the patio's overlooking the main pool was great. Skip was so attentive to our needs and helpful in ensuring our stay was great. We will return.

Our family had a fabulous time at Skip's condo. The grounds were beautiful and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. The kids enjoyed the view of the main pool and it was very easy to access. Even in June the patio was shaded enough that we could still use the grill. The only letdown was not Skip's fault but the property itself does not have any elevators or ramps for handicapped people to reach 2nd floor units so my elderly father could not visit us during our stay. Next time we will have to book one of Skips ground level units. Overall is exceeded our expectations and highly recommend!

Great place! Skip was informative and great at communicating. The place exceeded my expectations. Pool area was relaxing. Towels and plastic glassware to bring into pool area. Liked the washer/dryer and balcony to relax on. Beds were comfortable and lots of space to accommodate our party. Could’ve used some containers with lids to store some leftovers but that’s not even a complaint. Highly recommend and would love to go back!
