a very bright living/dining room with a wood stove for winter evenings, TV and WIFI

a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed for children
a shower room
a separate toilet
a laundry room with a washing machine
Outside you will find:
an uncovered east-facing terrace to have breakfast in the sun
a covered south-west facing terrace
a 3x5m salt-treated and heated swimming pool (from May 1st to October 15th) equipped with an immersed cover for the safety of your children.
a charcoal barbecue
the possibility to park 3 vehicles in the garden.
the property is fully fenced and closed with an automatic gate.

A pool safety system compliant with current standards is available for your use. It is your responsibility to use this equipment for the duration of your stay.
In July and August, we welcome you every day except Saturday.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS ACCOMMODATION.
It is forbidden to organise a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.
Non-smoking accommodation
Security deposit to be paid by credit card: you will receive an email in the week before your arrival. The deposit will not be debited. A flat-rate of around 2% of the deposit amount will be charged to you. This corresponds to the subscription of an insurance in case of dispute.
Possibility to pay the deposit by cheque on arrival (specify before your arrival).
