About this house rental
A warm welcome to read the brief welcoming message of our fantastic, open, bright, (also known and called by our guests as luxurious) and comfortable holiday home with a fireplace. We love hosting our guests across the globe in our holiday homes. Our initial contact with guests starts 24 hours before their stay, to proceed with their check-in, typically by sending them instructions on how to find us where we are so excited to ensure that they face no hassle to reach the holiday home whether travelling by train, car, plane or taxi. Upon receiving instructions, the guests send a little thank you acknowledgement which starts the communication between the guests and the hosting team.
We love making our guests welcome and at ease during their stay. We, therefore, have very helpful guidelines in the holiday home for their convenience. At present, we are also very excited to collate menus from the takeaway and nearby restaurants which offer excellent food, a bigger TV with channels, a hot tub in the garden and more luxurious touch in the holiday home which will soon be available.
The holiday home is 450 yards from Fish Sands Beach and around 1.6 miles from South Crimdon Beach. About 200 yards from Gibb Square surround the holiday home, 400 yards from Croft Gardens, 500 yards from War Memorial Garden and 1.5 miles from King George V Playing Fields. Other nearby famous tourist sites include Stranton Green, Grayfields Recreation Ground, Serpentine Gardens, Middle Warren Play Area, Neighbourhood Park, and Burn Valley, all within a few miles of distance. A variety of pubs and restaurants nearby surround the holiday home. The marina is only a few minutes from the holiday home, offering a huge choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes. However, for convenience, Jo's Diner, Yuvi's Fish Bar and New Inn are some of the closest restaurants and cafes.
We have been given positive feedback that our property is lovely, bright, with lots of space and is of an excellent standard.
This is what makes this particular holiday home unique. No restrictions are imposed to use the whole space in the house, including a comfortable and bright lounge, nicely set dining area, massive kitchen, corridors, patio or gardens. The dining area is attached to a big kitchen with all the appliances, including an oven, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and cutlery. The big, bright, clean bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. Because of its excellent location and the holiday house surrounded by incredible tourist places and beaches, most guests only use the house for sleeping purposes. Therefore, the house has basic facilities according to the guests' current requirements. Regarding other general facilities for hygiene and personal choices of colour, type, and materials, guests should bring their bath and dish towels, toiletries and dishwashing liquid if required. Please refer to the facilities section for more details. The holiday home is suitable for guests for self-catering and Self gardening service if they wish to cook at times or use a private garden. To use the private garden, the guests are welcome to clean or maintain the entire space or set a safe BBQ environment upon advance approval from the management team.
The guests are shared several instructions before their arrival, including helpful guides on how to find the holiday home, instructions on transferring funds, including any deposit or extra charges and check-in and check-out instructions with detailed and helpful guidelines. The guests are also shared with a summary of terms and conditions and the guidelines available in the holiday home to make their stay hassle-free, smooth and comfortable. There are reasonable service/management charges, which are not refundable, starting from 4 pounds to 12 pounds per person per night.
The guests can avoid additional management charges if they signed up to our Housekeeping Scheme. In the Housekeeping Scheme, we request our guests to work with us collaboratively and constructively to enhance the standard of our short stays accommodations by leaving us feedback which increase our scores. If signed up for the scheme, the guests are also required to leave the property clean and tidy, apart from washing the linens. Should you wish to make a benefit of this scheme, please send us a quick email and we can deduct the management charges for you. Please note that we will provide you with information separately on the Housekeeping Scheme, including support and guidelines on the level of cleaning and tidying that guests are expected to perform. Regarding charges, there is no any hidden fee, and these are the final charges to be made.
The deposit payments are returned within ten working days from the check-out date from the holiday home. For returning the deposit, we do not charge if the transfer occurs via a national UK bank account. However, deposit refund and transfer fees apply for international payments, and time may vary for the payments to reach the account depending on the country and province.
