This property was just perfect for our all adult family before our Alaskan cruise last week. The only issue we had was the portable AC unit’s exhaust hose was not attached on one of the hottest days in Seattle. No worries though the host came while we were out exploring the city and had it repaired by the time we returned. All communication with host was answered right way. Property is as shown in photos. There is an old 24/7 diner a block away remember you are on the west coast in a large city so nothing will be cheap. We really enjoyed our time at the condo….DO NOT MISS THE SUNSET FROM THE ROOF TOP!

Property was perfect for our trip. Few blocks to monorail. Beds were very comfortable, entire apartment made us feel at home. Parking is very tight, we rented an suv and it barely fit in the space, but grateful therip was a secured space. This place made trip great

The location of the property was so convenient for walking to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. All four family members really enjoyed hanging out in the evenings on the rooftop deck. What an incredible view!

The unit fit the 4 of us. It was clean, had all the essentials, was centrally located, had a parking space, had AC, and was perfect for our short visit to seattle.

Location was close to Space Needle and Chaluly museum. Internet connection was terrible which made checkin difficult. The elevator was very slow. A/C was a portable unit. Stay was ok for one night but we wouldn’t recommend several nights.

Confusing check in process but location was excellent and very walkable to coffee shops and the needle and other locations

The one point i would bring up is there is only 1 elevator working and at times it could take 10 minutes to get a elevator at busy time

We stayed here after a cruise, it was pricey for a cab to get here, but the place was nice, though very small, not much space to put your luggage or clothes. I would not recommend more than 2 couples for space. The rooftop deck was awesome!

The airlines cancelled flights that caused us to not get to our VRBO until 12 pm on our 2nd night. We were not able to get in the unit and had to call the owner who was able to get us in remotely. When we got in the smoke alarm was chirping and we had to call again because we didn't know if the smoke/fire alarm was hard wired to the fire department. It wasn't so we took the batteries out with approval.
Made for a long sleep deprived night.

We stayed there with our family of six. It was cozy, but we had enough room. We had a couple of issues upon arrival, but our hosts were extremely responsive and took care of everything. I would recommend staying here.

We did a 2 day rental shared with friends and this site was perfect. Walking distance to some great sights. The roof top deck was a treat and the view of the space needle was fantastic. Loved having a full kitchen and the rooms were clean and cozy. We would stay here again.

We absolutely love Seattle and this is the second time we stayed in this building because we adore the rooftop view and the ability to walk around. The hosts were very helpful with any hiccups we ran into. The only suggestion I would have is adding salt in the spices because the salt alternative tastes terrible :)
Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay, but the check in process was confusing and the communication was harder with the owner than other places we’ve stayed. The check in process wasn’t very clear and made the process a bit stressful. Besides that, the apartment was great and had all the necessary amenities. The nespresso machine is also a classy touch.

Upsides:
*This rental is a very short walk to the Space Needle, CVS, a neighborhood grocery, and restaurants (the little cafe at the corner of the building was a really perfect spot to grab our morning tea and coffee).
*10-15 minute drive to almost any other tourist attraction in the city
*The building is clean + quiet and the neighborhood feels safe
*The view from the roof is great by day and by night. The balcony is also a good place to relax and watch the city.
*The hosts are reachable and very responsive.
Downsides:
*The carpet in some areas of the rental was very stained and unappealing.
*The balcony could use an additional chair.
*There were 4 of us (2 parents + 2 teens) and the space felt quite petite, especially after rearranging the furniture to open the sofa bed for one of the kids.
*There was no place in the main living area to store coats/jackets. A few well placed coat hooks would have been really convenient.
*Floor space in the loft area was quickly lost once luggage for two was opened/unpacked.
A bit of creative thinking about how to make the space more livable for multiple travelers and their things would be helpful.
Overall:
This rental was cute and welcoming. Although a bit uncomfortable for a family of 4, it’s in the right location for anyone who wants to explore the city and feel like a part of it. If I were visiting Seattle alone or with one other friend, I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a great reasonably priced unit in Belltown. We were in town for a hockey game and could park the car and walk wherever we wanted to go. Nothing elaborate but perfect for us.

Right up the block from the Space Needle and close to the Market, this location is convenient, and yet a little dangerous. One night the bar below us was robbed, and the sirens bothered us all night. All the small convenience coffee places and stores were closed the next day.
On the other hand, the vrbo was comfortable, air conditioned, nice. Our daughter stayed with us and there was plenty of room and privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. The best French bakery this side of Paris is just around the corner.

We stayed here in early August '23 when temps were around 78 - a welcome break from the 112 degree heat index back home. Note: this apartment, like about half of most properties in Seattle, does not have central air. While to us temps were cool enough, especially at night, that we could have been comfortable without AC, the owner had already placed a temporary (and VERY effective) unit just to be sure.
This apartment is as pictured: small but well appointed and perfect for our needs. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and a loft bedroom of at least equal size with it's own bathroom and the laundry. Location was perfect - we did not rent a car in Seattle and rather walked everywhere. This apartment is only a block or so from the Needle and was 1 block from the hotel we were picked up at for all of our tours. There are 2 coffee shops (includng a great french bakery) and several other good restaurants within easy walking distance. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions or other contact. No problems.
Owner provided ample towels and linens as well as some toiletries which was thoughtful. Access was very easy. Some street noise but not major. Never used the earplugs.
We loved the view of the space needle from the rooftop on our last night. There are chairs and picnic tables, and the building across the street shaded the whole rooftop in the afternoons so we could enjoy sunset without roasting. Absolutely would recommend.

You really can't beat this location for events at Climate Pledge Arena or the Seattle Center, and there's a ton of great places to eat nearby as well. The hosts were especially responsive and helpful. Looking out the window directly at the Monorail doesn't get any more Seattle. Until the 2nd elevator gets fixed it will be very slow getting to the unit on the top floor. The new AC unit is great, and the apt is clean and well stocked. This is an urban location, there's going to be street noise.

I’m so sorry to have to write this because it does make me feel badly and I know it’s harsh, but it was really not good.
First, it is not actually a two bedroom. It is a one bedroom with a loft that is completely open and then there is a hide a bed in the tiny tiny living room. Then there are no fans or air conditioning and so the windows have to be open and the noise is unreal… The drawer of ear plugs Should’ve given us a heck of an indication…
If that wasn’t bad enough, and it was, the elevator was broken, and we ended up having to walk up and down seven flights of stairs with luggage.
I definitely do not recommend getting up in the night to go to the restroom as you will come back and stub your toe on the stick like supports of the bed underneath.
It’s not the best quality mattress, which matched the semi broken blinds and no blackout curtains.
I’m so disappointed… it was our first Vrbo, and I am thinking it might be our last.

Location was perfect for getting to all our planned and impromptu activities. Good space for family of 4 (2 teens). Appreciated host’s responsiveness when we had a question about accessing the space. Clean and fun rooftop views!

This is a true city flat close to Seattle City Center with great walkability. We enjoyed French pastries for breakfast and Asian Fusion for dinner. We checked out local tourist attractions and even attend a Seattle Kraken ice hockey game.

My husband and I and another friend couple needed somewhere to stay that was safe, clean and easily walkable to area attractions. This is the place! Do not miss the roof top views! Worth the rental for those.
