Our party of 7 spent 6 nights here & while it didn't meet our expectations we made it work. Pros: Ample space, easy parking in front & convenient keyless entry. Beds were comfortable, plenty of TP, paper towels & hot water. Area quiet, neighborhood is in transition but we did not feel unsafe. Rental price was very reasonable during Jazz Fest. Cons: The kitchen was bare bones, lacking bowls & very little cutlery. Had coffee filters but the coffee maker was broken (but a call to Hosteeva resulted in a replacement delivered in an hour) There were no basics at all (no sugar, salt, pepper etc) & that is odd for a condo rental. The garbage disposal & dishwasher were broken & there were no dishtowels, had to use a bath mat to dry dishes. Balcony went unused, only accessed thru the master & only had 1 broken chair. For a condo sleeping 8 having only 6 dining table chairs makes no sense. Front bedroom has no closet, hung clothes off of ironing board. All doors squeak, annoying! Lighting is strange, way too many fixtures in odd places & one bathroom door bangs an inappropriately sized fixture causing it to swing dangerously. Water pressure in all showers very low, small tubes of conditioner, lotion & a disc of soap provided but no shampoo to be found. No recycling bins provided, I brought empty cans & bottles with me to the Fest to recycle there. Overall we made it work, for the price our group was satisfied with the stay, but wouldn't describe condo as "Breathtaking"

We loved the location. We liked the room design. Bathroom and bedrooms were a great size.

We booked this condo on Hotels.com but after booking you get a notification from Hostessa a third party who owns the condo to view check in details and enter payment info again. The condo did not reflect the photos shown on hotels.com. We couldn’t access the kitchen and cabinets hit the light fixture. The AC is a unit with an exterior hose, however they kept the hose inside the unit circulating hot air back into the unit. It’s a fixer upper gone wrong. hotels .com support couldn’t help and Hostessa refused refunds . 24 hours later they put us in a new condo that also had AC issues. Is was 80 degrees in both units.

The pictures were a bit misleading. The neighborhood wasn’t great. Made us a little nervous to leave our car outside. The condo itself looks good until you look at the details. Floor tiles were cracked, paint drops not cleaned up, the doors squeaked, one bathroom shower didn’t have a drain cover, one bathroom door didn’t fit the frame so it had to be shoved closed. We also had to all buy sleep masks because the bedroom curtains didn’t shut out the very bright lights outside. Little things that all started to add up. I will say the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well, each room had a ceiling fan and the living room couch was big enough to fit all of us. It wasn’t horrible, but it was not “breathtaking” as advertised. We had a place my big family could all stay in together for a good price that was pretty centrally located.
