Très agréable séjour

Hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage et à 1km de la vieille ville. Personnel très attentionné tant le personnel d’étage que celui de l’accueil et du service ( bar et restaurant) Chambre impeccable, spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon avec possibilité de choisir à la carte des plats chauds Les plats proposés à la carte du restaurant sont savoureux Piscine bienvenue après une journée de visites

Comme partout à Zadar, la langue française est peu utilisée

Un bon hôtel, mais un rapport qualité-prix décevant

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment, et bien que l'expérience ait été globalement agréable, j'ai été déçu par le rapport qualité-prix. L'établissement est bien situé, propre et propose des chambres confortables avec une décoration soignée. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour plaisant.

Cependant, pour le prix payé, j'ai trouvé que certaines prestations n'étaient pas à la hauteur. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que correct, manquait de variété et de qualité pour le tarif proposé. De plus, les équipements, bien qu'adéquats, n'offraient rien d'extraordinaire qui justifierait un coût aussi élevé. En résumé, un bon hôtel avec un service satisfaisant, mais le prix demandé ne reflète pas totalement la qualité des prestations. Si vous recherchez un bon rapport qualité-prix, il pourrait être intéressant d'explorer d'autres options.

Fantastyczny pobyt

Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie w formie bufetu plus potrawy z jaj (jajecznica , omlety , jaja na mięko, na twardo, sadzone) na zamówienie. Bardzo czysto w hotelu i w pokoju .Bardzo sympatyczny ,uśmiechnięty, komunikatywny i chętny do pomocy personel. Położenie hotelu - 300 metrów do plaży i niecały kilometr do starego miasta -idealnie.

Trochę głośno jest w pokojach od ulicy , ulica dosyć ruchliwa.

A real good place to recharge your body on vacation

Family owned hotel. Staff really wants you to have a pleasant stay. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Car parking at ground. AC on room. Clean rooms. comfy bed. Nice dinners. Just a good place to relax.

Das nahezu perfekte Stadthotel.

Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, Badestrand ca. 100m entfernt, freies parken, Eiergerichte nach Wahl beim Frühstück frisch zubereitet und serviert.

Die Decke in unserem Zimmer war abgeschrägt, so dass nicht im ganzen Zimmer aufrechtes Stehen möglich war.

Un bellissimo soggiorno.

A pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed a circa 1 km dalla città vecchia che si raggiunge con una piacevole camminata. Staff molto cordiale e premuroso sia alla reception che alla colazione. Camere molto pulite e bagno spazioso. Nel suo complesso l'hotel è molto luminoso. Per una nostra richiesta, non riconducibile quindi alla struttura, ci hanno cambiato subito la camera senza nessun extra. Lo consiglio

Relatively new, modern and very clean hotel with lovely staff

A relatively new, modern and very clean hotel which is only a couple of minutes walk from the Main Bus Station. A big Interspar, Konzum and McDonalds are all located nearby. We had the pool all to ourselves shortly after checking in which was lovely. It was clean too. The Hotel provides big towels for a visit to the pool or the beach. Just ask at Reception. A good selection of food for breakfast from the buffet or ordered from the menu (all included within the price). Staff were very friendly, attentative and more than willing to help. Personally, we had no issues with regards to noise from traffic passing by outside the hotel premises (as is mentioned within other reviews).

A humble suggestion would be to have all the cooked breakfast buffet food items labelled as to what they are. Just makes it that little bit easier for people with different dietary requirements. Although we had a good nights sleep, around 6am we did start to hear the bell for the lift a few times quite clearly from our room. We could also quite clearly hear some people in the corridor and the clanking of heels on the floor from the room next to us. It’s not so much the fact that we could hear people, but more so how clearly we could hear them. Might be due to inadequate soundproofing. The kind gentleman who checked us in at reception didn’t seem to know about there being a bus service from the Main Bus Station to the Airport when we enquired. However he did kindly offer the option of booking a taxi which we kindly declined. Just a heads up for anyone, buses to the Airport run as per the below link at Platform 8 from the Main Bus Station. The fair of €4.65 pp is to be paid in CASH ONLY on the bus. https://www.zadar-airport.hr/en/public-transport

Nytt och fräscht. Mycket bra frukost , varma rätter man kunde beställa var suveräna. Trevlig personal vid frukostserveringen .

Vårt rum hade lågt i tak och litet fönster pga läget i högsta våningen. Det kunde man inte se vid bokningen. Handdukstork fungerade inte / besvärligt att få badkläderna torra . Personalen i receptionen svarade vid tilltal/frågor men visade inget intresse för gästerna övrigt.

Gem in Zadar

Brand new, modern up-scale hotel with comfortable beds and lovely staff. An easy walk to the beach and the old Town. Supermarket and laundromat within walking distance. Breakfast was superb and the bar stays open until ten even with only one customer.

Pool is a little small but it wasn't crowded. Most guests preferred sunning themselves.

Würde das Hotel bei jeder Reise nach Zadar wiederbuchen, ob für kurze oder lange Aufenthalte

Sehr sauberes Hotel, mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteteten Speisen (Rührei, Spiegelei, Toast, uvm.) Der Chef sich jeden Tag einen bild macht und mit den Gästen sich austauscht.

Hin und wieder kamen Tauben am Pool zum trinken.

Very nice, modern hotel.

The hotel is very new and modern, immaculate with a really nice breakfast and pool area. Staff were superb, I would say the best anywhere I have stayed at.

No resident bar after 10pm, no English/breakfast tea on offer during breakfast. We also upgraded to a Delux room as it was the wifes 50th birthday. I was extremely disappointed with the room we were allocated. Delux room was supposed to be higher up but we were on the 1st floor. The room itself is not delux so do not upgrade, book a standard room as it's not worth the big price difference.

Property was brand new. Every staff member went above and beyond to service us. They supply towels for the beach, which was a block away. The old town is a close 10 minute walk. And the bus station is only minutes away. The pool and bar was perfect to relax for an hour during the afternoons before dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good

The room was really nice and spacious and even had a small balcony. The pool was a nice addition even though a few extra sunbeds would be nice. The breakfast buffet offered the basic essentials, but the possibility to order extra dishes from the a la carte menu (and also additional coffee from the bar) made it standing out a bit. Location is directly at the main road, but the hotel is new and well built, so no noise from the traffic. The hotel is located really close to Kolovare beach and also just a 10-15min walk to the down town of Zadar.

The service still needs a bit polishing (Saturday only had one waitress to handle the large breakfast room, Sunday worked a lot better with two waiters, waiters could ask more regularly for orders for the pool bar, a red do not disturb sign really means that we do not want house keeping, ...). Provided the feedback directly in the hotel and the staff at the reception seemed to take/accept it. The hotel is really promising :-)

A nice stay in a clean hotel in a good location.

Good location, clean rooms and dedicated owners. The suit is large enough, the beach is really close. Some staff member are kind and helpful.

The do not have a restaurant, the staff in general do not care about the guests. The reception could not offer a restaurant, however there is a nice restaurant, literally on the other side of the road. The cleaners entered the room, regardless of the "Do not disturb" sign, the staff did not welcome anyone entering the hall, etc... The surrounding buildings are a little depressive.

The hotel opened about 3 months ago. The staff is really nice and helpful and the service was extraordinary. We had a great time chilling at the pool. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was amazing and the atmosphere sitting right next to the pool was over the top.

An amazing stay in zadar

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful. I saw one guy was asked to apply sunscreen to a customers back and he did so nothing was to much trouble. Our evening meal was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. The pool area was clean and tidy. Good quality loungers lots of parasols and scardy bird provided a few laughs! Location is perfect. Some nice local restaurants, beach, supermarket, close to town. Rooms are a good size and have everything you expect.

There were a few minor issues that I'm sure would of have been resolved if mentioned at the time but we worked around. Some light switches and charging points didn't work. The smoke alarm flashes a green light in the day, but at night it is a bright white light every 10 seconds or so which made sleeping difficult to be honest. There was also dirty underwear in the room when we arrived. A small oversight but not the best first impression. Would also suggest some kind of parasol on sunshade for the room with terrace, it was too hot to enjoy in the heatwave. Not a fan of overpriced minibar. Would of liked some free large bottles of water considering the weather. Water cooler or ice machines in hotel lobby would definitely go down well with guests.
