Clam Bayou Nature Reserve Park is just steps away from your front door (private gate with access key in unit). Enjoy long walks in a Nature Reserve! Bicycle/walking trail to Gulfport (2.5 miles away). Waterways with manatees, dolphins, birds, fish, and other wildlife. Very scenic.

Bermuda Bay Beach & Racquet Club Condos are located in a central area with so much to do! Sorry, no smoking anywhere in my property. No parties, No events. No pets. (Service pet may be allowed AFTER completing Board Application, fees apply). Please respect the locked “private” closets.

NOTE: Currently there are balconies under construction on adjacent condominiums, but this work does not affect this townhouse.
