The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach.

We are also blessed to have the lovely Agnes Creek Open Space. Yes, you can enjoy a lovely hike in the forest behind this home. There is a staircase that drops into the forest, just south of us at Dune, after a yellow house with blue trim, and before a red house on the left (1 minute walk away). The loop is a nice 15-20 minute stroll, a mossy forest wonderland that is a treat for families. If you are ambitious, we also were excited to report that if you are sufficiently motivated, you can actually walk through the forest to the SW Canyon beach access (just north on Coast Ave). It took our family an hour and a half to do a loop through the forest, along the beach, and back up (with a six year old and a two year old in back pack). Pay attention to sticking along the stream, otherwise you will pop out on Coast Ave and can walk the rest on the road as well.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Jacuzzi *We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.

The home was new, lovely decorations, nice amenities and plenty of sleeping room in a view to the ocean and woods behind. It is on a hill so for getting to the beach was a very short drive to the parking area . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would go back again.

We had a wonderful time at “Sea the Sunset”. The house very well equipped and well maintained. Two families of four can comfortably stay in this house. The bunk bed room was a big hit with the children. The beach is short 10-15 minute walk, but of course there is some climbing to do on the way back. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded at all. The hot tub is nice extra to relax after dipping into the of course rather cold Pacific. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and peaceful. Certainly not a party area. You may also see the occasional deer making a visit. We highly recommend staying at the “Sea the Sunset”!

Our family of 10 rented this lovely vacation home for a week this summer and it was perfect for us! The home is well equipped for everything anyone would need for preparing meals, using the hot tub and pool in the community, or going down to the beach. The home sits in front of the Agnes Creek Forest trail and we walked this peace path several mornings. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, including 3 teens- and we were all comfortable and had plenty of space to enjoy games, meals, and enjoy a good nights sleep. The beds were plush annd comfy and everything was super clean when we arrived. We had a minor drain back up issue which we reported and which was fixed the same day. Very responsive management! Highly recommend and we hope to return next summer!

We loved the home. Very comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. Great kitchen table size. Bathrooms were very accommodating. I liked the double light switch on mine. The shower curtain upstairs needs to be replaced. Our favorite by far was the hot tub. I would suggest a hot tub lid lift. My daughter walked the trail. We used the pool. We liked the red chairs on the front porch! Great landmark.
