You’ll feel the good vibes that come from this newly built four bedroom/three-bathroom home the moment you pull into the wraparound driveway. There is a spacious seven-person hot tub under the protection of the screened-in porch and gas grill available for all your BBQ meals. A hand-painted mural on the outdoor shower is a unique and fun personal touch. Two sets of steps — one to the lower level and one to the upper — allows you to unpack your car easily and conveniently. The lower level is home to the first bedroom with two sets of bunks and a TV. There’s a game room on this level, too, that features a wet bar, foosball table, dart board, giant Connect 4, and a 65-inch Smart TV. A full bathroom completes this level.
Three more bedrooms occupy the second level: a pyramid bunk room and a queen room that share a hallway bath and a king master with an ensuite bath and Smart TV. Also on this level is the home’s open living space with cathedral ceilings. A gorgeous kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast counter that makes meal prep stress-free. There’s a 75-inch TV in the great room and immeasurable opportunities to take in the views of the canal and sound from the covered deck and screened-in porch. A small hallway houses a bookshelf filled with good reads, and plenty of games for your family to enjoy. The washer and dryer is located on this level.
Dog friendly, and in a great location, you and your furry legged family member are a short walk away from several popular Avon spots. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
