The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a sparkling swimming pool, spa and boat dock with water slide for ultimate relaxation and fun. The pool area and covered deck area offer ample space for sunbathing or reading a book while enjoying the breathtaking views of the lake. The boat dock is just steps away, making it easy to spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming on Lake LBJ.
The spacious interior of the home features an open floor plan, high-end finishes, and modern amenities throughout. The living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating for your group to relax and unwind after a day of outdoor activities. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a large center island seats 3 in barstool chairs and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. * In lieu of a security deposit we require a $70 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $10,000 in damages to the property.

* Waterslide Boat Dock with One Boat Lift Available (up to 6,000 lbs / 23', lifts v-drive wake board boats and PONTOONS) * Lift 2 accommodates the owner's boat and is unavailable for guest use. * Please note, this property is NOT equipped with a jet-ski lift or ramp.
