Guests will have access the the main living space and upstairs but will not have access to the basement and few locked cabinets that are used for storage.

Public transit is available a few blocks from the property. The city is only 10 minutes from the home and you can simply drive or take an Uber/Lyft.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back**
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
