1. Someone from the house started contacting me weeks before my family vacation to wire transfer a deposit. I wasn't sure if it was fraud so I politely told them I would pay when I checked in. 2. The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. They didn't have hot water when we arrived. 4. They didn’t have all the sleeping accommodations like advertised. I slept on a blow up mattress. 5. The water stop running the first night, so nobody could shower, to use the restroom we had to fill buckets up with pool water and pour in he toilets. The property told us the whole town lost water but we went and asked the neighbors and they all told us they had water. 6. I had to navigate a huge key ring with keys to open and lock areas of the property. It had over 20 keys. The main gate has to be opened and closed manually with one of the keys. The gate key is the easiest key to identify. Good luck with the other ones. 7. The closest person that can help with the property is 1 hour distance away and doesn't have transportation. 8. The pool is a big tub lol. It didn’t seem to have a filteration system. It was stagnant water. 9. When issues were communicated most were not resolved and we never received clear answers or responses. We never had the running water turned back on.No washer/dryer
