The air conditioning system in the hotel was faulty and ineffective.

My recent stay at Pool & Park Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I am utterly disappointed with the services offered and the overall condition of the hotel. I feel obligated to share my terrible experience so that others can be aware before considering staying at this establishment. First and foremost, let's address the issue of breakfast—or rather, the lack thereof. Contrary to their advertising claims, the hotel failed to provide any breakfast options during my stay. It's astonishing that a hotel can falsely advertise such a basic amenity. As a guest, I expect at least a minimal breakfast offering to start my day, but Pool & Park Hotel fell short on this front. This lack of consideration for their guests' needs is unacceptable. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. The linens appeared unclean and the carpet was stained and worn out. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with moldy grout and a distinct lack of proper cleaning. The overall hygiene standards at Pool & Park Hotel were shockingly low, leaving me feeling disgusted and uncomfortable. It is evident that the management of this hotel has no regard for maintaining a decent level of cleanliness or providing basic amenities. The staff seemed indifferent to the concerns raised by guests, displaying a lack of professionalism and empathy. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the hotel's location did not compensate for the subpar facilities and services. While it claims to be a "pool and park" hotel, the pool was in dire need of maintenance, rendering it unusable. The park area was poorly maintained and offered no respite or recreational value. It is clear that the hotel has neglected its facilities and fails to uphold the standards one would expect.

I highlighted several aspects that were mentioned as negative points in the review. These included the absence of breakfast, the dirty conditions of the hotel, the rude staff, and the non-functioning air conditioning.

Wonderful Stay with Ambiance

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pool & Park Hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a comfortable ambiance, excellent amenities, and a dedicated staff that made my stay truly enjoyable. First and foremost, the ambiance of the hotel was impressive. The tastefully decorated lobby and common areas exuded a sense of elegance and relaxation. It provided a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. The room itself was well-appointed and offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a tidy and comfortable space.

While my stay at Pool & Park Hotel was exceptional, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide more recreational facilities or activities for guests to enjoy during their leisure time. This could further enhance the overall experience and provide additional options for relaxation and entertainment.
