If you want it set up - please select set up/tear down option If you want it delivered - please select your destination If you are leasing as a stationary unit you do not need to select set up/tear down This means you just walk in when you get there and walk out when you are done. I will do all the work in between. I do not add a cleaning fee so the condition of the RV is expected to be the same as when you started. There is a 150 max mile radius from Cheyenne, WY for delivery. If you are on the cusp of this delivery boundary, message me and see what options are. I will transport this 5th wheel to your designated camping location. If you have hookups, I will set up shore power, water/sewer and make sure it is walk in ready for you. If you are dry camping (no hookups) it will be set up with the optional generator (must select option) and fill with water (90 gallons). I will not be able to dump or add water during your stay when dry camping. If dry camping, this unit will go 3-4 days for water/toilet use pending total usage. The tow vehicle will not be left with the camper. This unit is equipped with solar power that will run lights without issues. The generator will be required for AC and or microwave use. At the end of your trip, I will pack it up. User will be responsible for ensuring camp area is in the condition it was upon arrival and the inside/outside of the camper is in reasonable condition. Everyday usage is expected, negligent damage will be charged accordingly. Additional amenities available to rent (generator, cooler, paddle boards etc..) Renter is required to provide proof of reservation AND location 7 days prior to reservation. This is a large 5th wheel and the camping space needs to provide for a 36ft 5th wheel with slide outs on the drivers side. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the trip with only a 50% refund. Built in solar to relieve using a generator. Generator or shore power required for AC and microwave to run. Generator is available as an add on. . The fridge is ran off supplied propane or electric. Hot water and heater is ran off of supplied propane. Outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge and sink. The outdoor fridge is electric only and requires shore power. A queen master bed with upgraded mattress. Bunks can sleep 1 each comfortably or 2 to a bunk. Couch folds out as sleeper. As well as kitchen table to convert to a bed that sleeps one. Overall sleeps 4 very comfortably, but you have room for 6. Stocked RV will include all basic living needs.Kitchen supplies, coffee maker (percolator style or electric). Gas/electric fridge, microwave, bathroom supplies, laundered bed sheets and pillows and comforters. There is a TV for streaming or HDMI hookup for game consoles. Additional supplies on request. x2 14 gallon propane tanks provided. This will provide for the fridge if not connected to shore power, heater and hot water heater.
