ATTENTION SNOW BIRDS- This nicely appointed First Floor (no stairs) Quail Hollow condominium is located within the esteemed Meadows Country Club community of beautiful Sarasota, Florida. This is a spectacular location close to the white sands of Lido and Siesta Key beaches, many golf courses, UTC and downtown Sarasota.
Through the 20 foot wide full glass wall (with sliding doors) you will enjoy tranquil and private views of the lush 18th fairway of the Highlands golf course through a shaded glen accented with mature oak and palm trees.
This one PLUS bedroom, 969 sq. ft. condo has an open floor plan with the option of creating a second private bedroom suite for your occasional guests simply by closing the accordion room divider. Complete with it’s own bath with shower and closet. This 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds in the trundle (see photos)
The master bedroom suite is equipped with a high quality King bed, beautiful carpet, plenty of closet storage, fine handcrafted furniture and full bath.
The well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops will satisfy even the gourmet cook.
Relax on the screened Lanai or outdoor patio.
Steps to the association HEATED pool for a swim or take a short walk to the Meadows Center Court Lounge and Bar for casual lunch and dinner.
Welcome to a golfers paradise with 2 public access 18 hole courses in the Meadows (a short par 3 walk from your door to the club house) as well as the Public Bobby Jones golf complex just across 17th street as well as many fine courses throughout the area. Play a different course every day!
Like to walk for your exercise and well being? The meadows is a walkers paradise with miles of walking trails along the ponds and meadows. Also, these trails connect to a mile long trail through the dedicated Meadows wooded nature preserve. A rare plus in the area. All accessed by walking out your front door.
Note, the renowned private Meadows Country Club course is available to play with a seasonal membership.
Tennis anyone? The Meadows tennis center has memberships available for 1, 2, or 3 months.
