We absolutely loved our stay here. My family of four (including two little boys ages 7 and 5) and our dog. The setup of these condos is ideal, and being in the condo section that was located where the pool was for the entire complex was a great bonus we didn’t know we would use as much as we did at the end of the beach day! This unit is on the top floor which is ideal with the tall ceiling/loft and also no footsteps overhead from neighbors. The only cons were that the beds and sheets were not comfortable, the shower head in the master bathroom needs to be switched out to a regular one so it doesn’t just stream right into your face (it doesn’t fit the shower somehow), and all the furniture that you sit on both inside and outside is not comfortable. I know that sounds like a lot of things working against this place, but literally everything else is perfect, and these are all fixable things that should be addressed. We loved it! Our dog also got nervous being left alone and the property managers let us know that she was barking a lot when we were gone and were very understanding. Overall highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week on BHI and enjoyed our stay at HappiNest. Timbercreek 14A was well appointed and very clean. We are already thinking about out next trip to this beautiful island. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home away from home. 😊

We have been renting on BHI for 17 years, so we have a lot of experience. We arrived the Friday prior to Memorial Day & stayed for two weeks. So, the busy season had not even started.
Washing machine got stuck in rinse cycle the entire time we rented, and would not go into the spin cycle. This is a royal pain when you have 8 people exercising, fishing & going to the beach.
Neither one of the golf carts was in full working order. One had nonfunctioning headlights so we couldn't drive it at night, & the other one broke down on day 3. They brought one replacement that wasn't any better.
The bathrooms had just been remodeled. However, the entire hallway bathroom flooded every time someone took a shower bc the sliding doors were not installed properly & would not stay closed. You had to physically hold the door closed with one hand. This is unacceptable. Besides, I had to launder a lot of towels in order to keep the floor dry, which takes us back to the washing machine issue!
Also, the primary bathroom shower door was not sealed or installed properly so there was a big puddle of water on the floor when you stepped out.
The kitchen knives are really bad. We had to purchase some bc we cook. TV in crofter bedroom does not work. Unfortunately, the primary mattress was terrible.
We chose TC bc of the dock & the pool. Mgmt team was polite, but this was completely unacceptable. We did inform them as issues arose. We will not stay in this unit again. This vacation was a lot of work

This property is even better than the pictures portray. Its impeccably clean. The kitchen is so well stocked, beach towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, beach equipment, kayaks, bicycles. It was incredible, and what a gift to be able to pack light on a trip to BHI (my favorite place ever!!).
I just felt like a lot of effort has been put into making sure anything a guest will need is there and we really appreciated it!
Would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed 4 days on the island. Quite an interesting place. No crowds, no cars, clean and beautiful.

This condo was perfect. We slept in the master bedroom and the bed was comfortable. We literally had EVERYTHING we needed from flashlights, flamethrowers, plates, clean bbq grill, and wonderful golf carts. The linens were nice and the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and lotion.
We would definitely stay here again.
