Wake up and head to the beach from our 3 story ocean view condo. St Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand and beautiful sunrises. Enjoy a morning stroll to catch the sunrise or an afternoon bike ride down the beach. If you are ready to explore more than the beach, then head into historic St Augustine for plenty of sightseeing, eating and drinking.
This 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom on the 3rd floor to maximize your views. There is a queen bedroom with an en suite and its own private patio to enjoy the cool breezes on the first floor. Also located on the ground floor is a bunk room that sleeps three and an additional full bathroom right down the hall for convenience. The spacious living room and kitchen are located on the main floor
(second story) to maximize your ocean views. There is a lovely balcony to relax on with a cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.
The complex of Sea Winds includes a community pool with a new hot tub and tennis courts close by.

We have been staying with SeaWinds condos for over 30 years. They are always the perfect little getaway condominiums for a summer vacation. This was a lovely condo that fit our family perfectly. There was tons of space with a great view of the ocean. Make sure you get up for the sunrise! The host was quick to reply and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

We love the Sea Winds location - especially the beach. This unit was a challenge for move-in, move out and hauling groceries as the first level has 2 bedrooms with baths and laundry room. A flight of stairs leads to 2nd level kitchen/living area and another flight of stairs to 3rd level master bedroom. Kitchen furnishings sparse and not great quality.

Beautiful condo with room for young family and baby upstairs and us older folks downstairs. View of the beach and lagoons was amazing. Private boardwalk to the beach full of flowers. Beach is clean and great! Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful! We will be booking here again!!

We loved the property. We were very comfortable and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was a quick walk to the beach and an easy 10 minute ride to the historic district. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice condo with ocean views and within a quick walk to the beach. The property is spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is with the garage space, which is littered with broken beach umbrellas and rusty beach chairs; it made it difficult to pull my car into the garage.

We all had a wonderful 10 day stay, and I must say we were very impressed. Everything met our expectations, and the surrounding area had plenty ofr variety to suit everyone's needs. Quiet, wonderful atmosphere, and great condo layout. We would like to revisit soon, hopefully next year..!!

Having teenage boys it was nice to have privacy with Master on third floor. Nice view of ocean from upper balcony. Tons of cookware and supplies that you may need. WiFi was hit or miss, but I was able to use my 5G and screen my IPhone. It may have just been the wind and storms. We would definitely visit again.

Condo was perfect for us and grand children. The pool was closed and this was disappointing. But the owner did let us know. It was unfortunate but out if his control. Great communication from him. Would stay there again. Nice people in the complex.

Our place was wonderful right from the start...Joseph made it so easy to make our stay the best! He was very informative and answered all of our questions and returned our calls promptly. Our condo was well equipped with kitchen pans, silverware, dishes, coffee maker and even a grinder for our coffee! We found the whole area very friendly and easy to get around. The beach was so close, just a quick walk on the boardwalk. The dining room table was a little too large to play games on, that was our only issue...for people that aren't very tall it was a problem. Thank you again for making our 2 weeks at your place very enjoyable.

We were initially very happy with the house. But soon very disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were under long term construction. We had not been notified prior that this was the case and we’re not given access to another facility or given a refund. I have communicated with the manager several times about this and he did not provide any solutions and ultimately stopped responding. For us this was a major factor. We are all from very cold climates and the listing promised a pool and hot tub. A luxury that was a must for us and was not provided as listed. We also ran out of toilet paper and trash bags half way through the week and had to purchase more. Additionally there were several cockroaches throughout the house. We wouldn’t have minded either of these secondary issues much, had we not been frustrated with the pool situation. All together it left a poor impression of the property and it’s management.

Very nice property and an excellent location. Close enough to everything but far enough away that it is quiet. Perfect for my wife and her mother. Easy check in and great communication before we got their with the property manager. Thanks for a great stay.

Property nice/stove old/oven not working/owner did compensate us I have never in my travels been required to wash my towels & sheets before departing…owner either needs a linen service or get a second set of linens…we have used VRBO before & we’re not required to do this

We loved the comfortable, beachy vibe of this condo. The layout was great for our family reunion. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Access to the beautiful beach and pool is easy, peasy. The location is a quick Uber to the St. Augustine historic district. The Island also has great restaurants and activities nearby. We loved this place for our family reunion.

Location is great. Its so close to the beach and pool there is not much walking. The place has great seperation but the beds are not very comforatble. The lighting is pretty dim and there are no cieling fans in any of the downstairs rooms. Bathrooms are nice and the terraces are great. There is a garage with tons of beach stuff but most of it is broken. Oven needs to be replaced but all of the appliances work great. No issue with TV or internet at all. The single biggest drawback is that you have to clean your towels and sheets before you leave. This should be part of the cleaning fee....I have never done this for any other VRBO booking ever.

Condo is located in a great and peaceful community. Short walk to the beach and pool. Stores, shops and restaurants are a short distance from the Condo. Had a Great vacation. The manager stayed in communication with us before checking in and afterwards. Will return again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was bigger than I expected. It was so nice having three floors and we loved the great views from the balconies. Magnificent location- it was so nice to be so close to the beach. (Just a minute walk away). Close to restaurants as well. Our kids had a great time at the pool. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay. The property manager Joseph is amazing with communication. Calls to tell you where towels, beach supplies, etc are kept in the house. Very helpful. The property is maintained well and faintly updated however in the name of transparency it could use new flooring in the 3 bedrooms. The age, color, and wear of the carpet in those rooms gives an unclean & outdated look while the rest of the property is quite nice! Will return to this property for sure!

Unit is located close to the beach boardwalk and pool. So nice that there are 3.5 bathrooms so every bedroom gets their own bathroom. The property manager was fabulous and were able to accommodate an early check-in. The communication was fabulous. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed! Lots of beach chairs, pool toys, sand toys and umbrellas. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again :).

This is a wonderful location on St Augustine beach. Pictures and descriptions were spot on. Easy check in and check out and great communications. Beds were comfortable and furniture was in good shape. Very clean. Wonderful view

Host was excellent; property was not. Several electrical sockets did not work properly (you need an electrician to go through the place). We had to reset the garbage disposal to get it to work, light bulbs were replaced at guest's expense, pool was closed and not usable, hand railings were dirty, plant had spilled at entry way and was not cleaned up properly, the garage was a mess and needs to be cleaned up. Place was 'OK', 2-star, but not great...no 3-star from us..

Everything was as shown in the pictures. The unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There are quite a few beach chairs in the garage that we could use. All in all, we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Augustine.
