Come experience a beautiful 9th floor ocean front condominium in one of Myrtle Beach's premier, private resorts. This is the one! You will have an unobstructed southeast view of Myrtle Beach from two separate balconies in this unit. Beautiful landscaping with scenic walking paths greets every guest. Come experience the exceptional cleanliness, attention to details, and great conveniences of this property. Treat yourself to all that the grand strand area has to offer, the way it should have always been!
Ocean Creek resort is a gated, private property located on 57 acres between North Kings Highway and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities on the property include 7 pools (1 year-round indoor), tennis and pickle ball courts, a putting green, a gym, a restaurant and bar, a beach side club, and a conference center. This is an established, gated enclave, and has been the long-term vacation destination for many groups and families including ours. It is truly unique in the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach markets. Ocean Creek has 24/7 on-site security, and only registered patrons and guests are granted access. Ocean Creek has a variety of privately owned properties including townhomes, garden homes, lodge units, and two high-rise, direct ocean front, 15 story towers. A beach-side pool area, and snack bar are located just a few easy steps off of the ocean. An on-premises tram runs during the season to bring you to stops throughout the property, including down to the ocean club and beach. Unique to this property, and where it gets its namesake, is the salt-water creek that runs between the resort's housing and the beach. Fishing, crabbing, shelling or just floating in this wide creek is the perfect spot for your little ones, or anyone that likes calmer waters. This facility is located conveniently between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, close to all that the Grand Strand area has to offer. Ocean Creek is directly across North Kings Highway from Barefoot Landing, a popular outdoor shopping and dining destination. Ocean Creek is a quiet, family friendly resort that will not disappoint. New to the resort this year is a covered picnic area, nestled amongst tall, mature trees.
The unit is in Ocean Creek's south tower, which comes with its own exclusive amenities for use of south tower guests. The south tower has its own parking area, including a covered garage, three elevators, and its own indoor/outdoor pool deck with a separate interior hot-tub. Lounge chairs surround the outdoor pool for relaxing in the afternoon sun. All south tower suites face away from the parking area, with most facing the ocean.
The condominium is located on the 9th floor, facing the tidal creek and Atlantic Ocean with a beautiful, unobstructed view. To the south is a large residential community, giving miles clear views of the beaches to downtown Myrtle Beach, and on a clear day with binoculars, even further. This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is approximately 1200 square feet in size and includes a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Both bedrooms have each been upgraded with new for 2024, high-end furniture. All indoor flooring is either tile, or luxury vinyl planking. The laundry area is enclosed in its own space, right inside the entry door off the foyer. As an added amenity, starter laundry detergent and dryer sheets are included. The kitchen has been remodeled with quartz countertops, and new appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The refrigerator has filtered in-door ice and water. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with the items needed for cooking and eating in. There is a full-sized Keurig coffee maker, and a toaster over for your convenience. Beyond the kitchen is the entertaining area, consisting of a dining area, a living area, and a large, ocean-front balcony. The dining area has table for 6, along with an elevated seating area with stools. The living area has plenty of seating and room for a relaxing area, incorporating a sofa bed, a love seat, and two swivel chairs. Off the living area is a large sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. The covered balcony has two lounge chairs, and a 4-top high table for sunbathing or just looking out over the ocean. The balcony and that view is what drove us to this particular unit years ago.
There are two separate bedrooms in the unit, each with its own ceiling fan, and TV. As mentioned above, each bedroom has new furniture for this year. Each bedroom also has direct access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom is set up as a suite, with a door providing full privacy to its own remodeled full bathroom, large closet, and small balcony. A king-sized bed is in this room, as well as a small balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed in it, with shared access to the other full bathroom, as well as the large balcony. Each room is decorated tastefully, and has ample storage.

The unit itself was well supplied with all needs while we were there. The balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean was simply amazing. Watching the tides come in and go out was a real entertainment for the week. Very near to many restaurants and entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed the week and look forward to coming back soon

EXACTLY what we wanted for our Christmas-at-the-beach stay - the condo was beautiful and the view fantastic! The owner could not have been more accommodating - only wish we'd have been able to take him up on the offer to stay a few additional days. Hoping to return again for Christmas week 2024 :)

Absolutely loved the resort and the condo was amazing.Spent lots of time on the large balcony.Very clean and had everything we needed. Property manager Ken provided us with beach chairs,umbrella and beach towels. Glad we found this condo at Ocean Creek. Coming back in October

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this clean and beautifully renovated condo. The owners have provided a fully stocked kitchen, great quality paper & toiletry products throughout, and several games, puzzles, and pool/beach items for families to enjoy. The community was very quiet and peaceful and is across from Barefoot Landing, so nearby restaurants and shops are abundant. This end of the beach was not overcrowded so it was a perfect choice for us. Finally, Ken, our host, was very easy to work with. He provided thorough instructions & information and was available and responsive via text as needed throughout our stay. We’ll be back!

The view from the condo is great and the balcony is large. I could have just spent the day there but the pool and uncrowded beach with the nature reserve right next to it was calling my name. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do.

We did not need or want for anything with this property or the location. Immediate replies from the property manager and the condo was as described.

The condo was very clean and decorated with beach pictures etc. it was cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you need. It was easy to load and unload from the garage. We would definitely want to come back here.

We've stayed at Ocean Creek several times and love it here. The KK9 Unit is exceptional! It has the best view of any of the units we've stayed in there. I usually feel a little strange when staying in a new place, but the unit was so clean and comfortable it just felt like home. Love the updated kitchen and baths. The whole transaction with Ken went very smoothly and we look forward to staying in this unit again.

My husband and I have stayed at Ocean Creek several times over the past 10 years. Ocean Creek South Tower KK9 was one of our favorite condos! The unit is clean, updated and beautiful! There is a million dollar view from the comfortable balcony! You cannot beat this section of the beach! We cannot wait to come back to Ocean Creek and would love to stay in this Condo again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The view from the balcony was absolutely AMAZING and so beautiful! Our little girl loved the pool and the beach! We made so many new memories during our stay! We decided to make this an annual trip to this condo but next time for a whole week! I definitely recommend staying here! The owner is awesome and very responsive as well! 5 stars for sure!
