Ocean Club I-104 is a first-floor, almost-oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and there are three flat-panel TVs for your entertainment as well as some cable channels and a Blu-Ray player. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit stackable laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as extras like a Keurig coffee maker and blender - hello, beachside smoothies and margaritas!
Total bedding includes one queen and two twins.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. There is also a den with a sofa and flat-screen TV and the living room has a sectional, 2 armchairs, and the third flat-screen TV.
Your rental includes access to a community lounge, fitness center, and small game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch aras for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access.
Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
Nightly rentals are allowed year-round with a 2-night minimum.
No Smoking. No Pets.
*This condominium is on the first floor. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement. While viewing the photographs for this property, please note that some photos may be labeled "common view for complex" and may not be the actual view. PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes. NO Extras. Boat Trailers are not allowed.
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
