Just five minutes drive (2.5 kilometres) from the beautiful beaches of Pilar de la Horadada and La Torre de la Horadada is this beautiful, cozy, newly-built upfloor
apartment.
With a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, you can enjoy dinner with your family or friends inside. Or why not take a step up to the roof terrace and dine under the sunset?
With two bedrooms and two shower rooms there will be no waiting around to start your day.
Located next to the N-332, getting around couldn´t get much easier; with a choice of beaches and the Orihuela Costa and Mar Menor on your doorstep.
You have a nice, tempting communal pool, with green areas and pine trees for rest and relaxation.

ABOUT THE AREA: PILAR DE LA HORADADA
The coastline of Pilar de la Horadada is more than four kilometres long with ever changing scenery. The clear waters and good visibility are perfect for sub-aqua divers to experience the variety of ocean life sustained by the sandy sea-bed. The blue flag beaches of Las Higuericas, El Conde, Jesuitas and Mil Palmeras offer a range of different activities: at Jesuitas Beach, you can have a go at volleyball, sail from El Puerto Beach or take the kids crabbing at Las Villas Beach, there is something here for everyone.
If you are a golfer then this is a golf lovers´ paradise with many championship golf courses all within a 30 minute drive. The fabulous Lo Romero golf course with the infamous 18th hole island green is only five kilometres away. The course was designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers.
If you like walking, then a visit to the Río Seco dry riverbed is definitely in order. You can choose one of two routes: – the first four kilometres long and the second ten kilometres stretching from the natural area in Pinar de Campoverde to the mouth of the river on the beach of Mil Palmeras. By far the best way to explore the area is by bicycle. With more than 30 km of cycling lanes around the town, you will be spoilt for choice.
With a market every Friday morning and an array of international bars, and restaurants in the town of Pilar de la Horadada, you have everything here for your Spanish holiday getaway.
