It has gorgeous granite countertops in the kitchen and a farmhouse sink. Hardwood and tile flooring throughout the unit. This unit is loaded with natural light with multiple floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the ocean and beaches clearly from the living room and dining room.
A spacious updated master bedroom with a new king-size bed. It also includes a daybed—a private entry through a sliding glass door for easy access to the balcony. Take your wine out on the balcony to watch the sunset. The master bathroom has been fully renovated too. Relax in the new jetted tub or jump in the glass walk-in shower that hosts multiple shower heads, new tile, and a new bathroom granite countertop.
Your guest will enjoy a new queen-size bed and two walk-in closets—plenty of storage for extra luggage. The guest bathroom has also been renovated with a walk-in shower, multiple shower heads, new tile, and new bathroom granite countertops.
In your laundry room/kid room, we have added a small twin bed so everyone to spread out. The living room couch has a queen sofa sleeper if you need more beds for guests or little tikes.
The kitchen has a fridge with an ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, single-serve Keurig, and a complete set of dishes, pots & pans, glasses, silverware, measuring cups, etc. Don't worry, we have you covered in the kitchen just with coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, and additional seasonings.
Sienna is a well-maintained 12-story gated condominium that has permanent residents living here. This unit is located on the 6th floor. Security is a high priority with 24-hour security and cameras. This property allows just a few short-term vacation units. So, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
You will feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. The residents and guests enjoy an updated outdoor infinity pool, a pool deck, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. You can look out and view the ocean from the infinity pool waterfall. The premise includes an outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and a gazebo for entertaining. Before you start your day at the beach or pool you can work out in the gym on the premises. Or you can walk or jog the 26-mile sidewalk along the beach.
Sienna is located on Beach Drive aka Hwy 90. You are only a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. You can ride a bike, walk the beach, swim in the ocean, or hang out on your private balcony from your room.
Sienna is a fantastic place for families. You are only 10 minutes from Biloxi and 10+ different casinos, 15 + golf courses, the Mississippi Aquarium, marinas, museums, home of the "Shuckers" Minor League baseball at MGM Park, waterparks, and headliner concerts are held at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Fun Center with go-carts and bowling, day fishing trips, or sailing trips and so much more.
