A lower family room, an office/parlor and expansive chefs kitchen with counter seating, family friendly kitchen banquette and secondary kitchen offer great gathering and functional, comfortable indoor living spaces with an intimate formal dining room opening to one of 3 patio/terraces ripe for summer enjoyment and entertaining.
The 100+ year old steel windows are the star of this mediterranean re-imagine revealing the expansive 1+ acre lot.
The outdoors is the oasis, offering a sunny upper level turf lawn with 2 treehouses, overlooking the main garden terrace offering a state of the art outdoor kitchen complete with 3 outdoor refrigerators, Hesten appliances and grill, ice maker to enjoy alongside the outdoor entertainers delight with a 12 foot dining table, greenhouse bar, and two outdoor lounges including both gas and wood burning fire pits.
Access to another upper level family/entertaining room, powder room and the edible garden make the outdoor area the hero of summer memories.
Twice weekly housekeeping is included.
Monthly rental term is flexible in start/end date but is required.
